This brand makes taking Thiamine much easier. Other brands are so stinky it makes them hard to take. Also these are easy to swallow. My doctor recommended 500 mg daily to help alleviate neuropathy pain and this has been so helpful in reducing the frequency and intensity of flare ups.

I take a lot of supplements for various things. Some recent bloodwork revealed that I have a B1 deficiency, which can contribute to my peripheral neuropathy, as well as other conditions.I find Nutricost's Vitamin B1 supplement has very little taste or aftertaste, which you can't say about many supplements.
