I'm on my third bottle now, it started off great with regulating my period and mood, but now its completely changed! I have terrible PMS mood swings now, I cant fall asleep naturally and when i ovulate it makes me want to make a baby all day- zero satiation. I had tried another more expensive brand here on iherb before and i didnt have these issues. I have to switch back, i'm losing it.

I like this product because the company doesn't add any vitamins or herbal supplements which makes the capsules smaller and easier to swallow. The only thing I am not happy about is being shorted 1 capsule. I counted the whole bottle. Hopefully, it's not a continuous issue. I have had issues with other brands shorting 2 capsules. I will however, reorder this again. Order came in normal time.

Super easy and convenient way to take inositol.No taste, super effective, quality ingredients!I’ve struggled with PCOS for 10+ years - inositol is amazing at insulin management. I am taking this supplement everyday because I was diagnosed with PCOS and my fertility doctor prescribed inositol for me. The quality and ingredients are good and with the right combination. The size is okay though I take multiple capsules as prescribed. The effect is great since it helps in balancing my hormones and aids in my metabolism.
Started taking it for hormonal issues and beside the very good quality and ingredients the size is Worth the money, too. I noticed after taking it my energy improved. I heard it is also great for metabolism which is crucial for optimal weight loss.Gonna continue to take it in order to get my period back and sugar cravings under control.It is great for PCOS and has the most research.
Fast delivery. It really helps lower blood sugar, I take four tablets a day. It is necessary to use it at least one month to notice a result. Good quality at an optimal price. I like that d chiro inositol is also included in the composition of the ingredients. The size is enough for a month's use
I've been taking these daily for a few weeks now, and I feel like they are starting to make a difference in some of the PCOS symptoms I experience, mainly a reduction in the amount of facial hair I experience. bought these on recommendation from my doctor, and it works really well. the packaging suggests taking 4 at a time, but I found the effects better when I took 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. the size of the caplet is fairly large, but the gel helps. the potency for me specifically is decent, but on the lower end- your mileage may vary. but i definitely noticed a difference in about four or five days with my metabolism and hunger levels evening out to a more manageable pace.
I've been taking this supplement for almost a month now, haven't checked my glucose level yet (I've been diagnosed with metabolic syndrome) but I've been advised to take a combination of myo and d-chiro inositol so I'm hoping it will make a difference, for sure it's the right dosage/proportion I'm looking for - which for some reason is no longer easy to find online. I'd add that it should be taken far from meals, as recommended by my endocrinologist for better absorption. I take 2 mid-morning and 2 in the afternoon.
