Nuun Hydration Sport, Lemon Lime - 8 pack, 1.9 oz tubes

The product describes that you just need to “Plop. Fizz. Drink. Go!” I followed the instructions and plopped and then…nothing! It sank to the bottom of my water bottle and sat, with only a weak fizz for a few seconds. Not quite as described! After letting it sit in my water bottle for several more minutes, it finally started to dissipate although I still ended up getting a few powder chunks in my straw. It turned my water into a light pink color. The flavor is fine, it’s pretty close to strawberry lemonade although has the typical electrolytes taste. Once I drank it, I certainly felt the benefits of the electrolytes as I had wanted, although I’d probably stick to powder rather than tablets in the future.

Best Option Hands Down

I started using these about a year ago when I was diagnosed with POTS. My electrolytes get out of wack easily and I’m prone to dehydration and after trying a LOT of diff brands, I found these had the best ingredients, were the most affordable, and lowest sugar. To all the reviews comparing these to liquid IV, of course those taste better just look at the amount of sugar in them. And those are twice as expensive. Gatorade, Powerade, even Pedialyte all contain unnecessary dyes, sugar, or artificial sweeteners and don’t have as many or the ideal amounts of electrolytes/ vitamins as these little gems. I like to put them in seltzer water so it’s like drinking a flavored seltzer and fyi they dissolve a lot faster that way. Difference maker

I am a 55+yr old, regular club golfer that lives in a tropical climate region, which means that hydration is an absolute necessity. I've always been diligent about consuming enough water throughout a round, however, still had challenges with maintaining focus, muscle cramps and post round recovery. Recently started seeing a nutritionist, who recommended Nuun and it has been a difference maker for me. Taking a couple of tablets throughout an 18 hole round helps me better maintain focus, avoid muscle cramps and my post round recovery has improved significantly. With minimal sugar, good taste and ease to administer and clear results, Nuun demonstrated that it's the right product for me and my lifestyle.

Good flavor, good effects

First off, I love all of the NUUN flavors I have tried (which is at least 6 at this point honestly). I always carry these with when I am traveling, and especially when hiking/backpacking/biking. I have gotten foot cramps when my potassium is low ever since I was a teen in dance, and these have seemingly helped prevent this when outside for long periods of time. These are also fantastic when I am hiking and want something besides plain old water without a crazy amount of sugar like juices contain. The tablet form is also *much* preferred to so many of the other powdered electrolyte packets out there. Way less risk of mess (as someone that is constantly wiping powder off the countertops from my partner's liquid IV packets lol).

Hydration done Right

Out of all the electrolyte offerings that I've tried, Nuun is the only one that fits my dietary restrictions - and I've tried A LOT!Not to overshare but the formulas used by other brands always end up sending me searching for a portable toilet on my runs but not Nuun! For years, I couldn't understand why I'd have a flare on long runs and on race day, but with the help of my medical team I was able to determine that it was the fuel I was putting in my body (a combination of the race day sponsored electrolyte drinks & gel packs) that had aggravating ingredients & contained shellfish which is a deadly combination for me. Instead of just giving up because of my autoimmune' s dietary restrictions, I was able to keep going thanks to Nuun, and I'll never look back!

Low electrolytes but works in general

I already did this review for the grape flavor, butI needed this especially during the summer when I was working outdoors (physical job) in 45-50+ degree Celsius weather.It’s good for hydration but one didn’t do it for me compared to another brand I was using at the time.I had to use two in one serving to get that level of hydration.The flavor was very light except when I started taking 2 tablets, then the flavor kicks in. I hope it just had more ingredient potency so I wouldn’t have to keep using 2 tabsI prefer the grape one because this has more artificial flavor in comparison and more candy-like.

Nuun Sport keeps me going

I've been using Nuun Sport for quite a long time. My primary muuvment is cycling and I ride 600-800 miles per month. Summer's on the Texas Gulf Coast are hot and humid. Great hydration is essential to my survival, Nuun Sport gets the job done. Since I started using Nuun Sport I've never had an issue with cramping or other dehydration related issues. I will normally consume 1.5L to 4L on my training rides depending on the season.I love the huge variety of flavors Nuun Sport has to offer. I primarily use the four flavors with caffeine and really enjoy those. Nuun is still the best.

Nuun has been my go-to hydration supplement for over a decade. Tri berry is still my first and forever favorite, but watermelon is pretty close.Simple ingredients. Low sugar.The Energy line is also great when I need a boost. The b vitamins and caffeine are perfect. Mango, Watermelon and Berry are all delicious.The ease of traveling with a tube of tabs is a huge selling point.Pro tip: if you eave the tube in your car when it’s 100°F outside, and the tabs melt into each other and turn into a log, drop it into a pitcher of water and share with friends 😉

So I have a chronic illness called POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) and basically my blood vessels don’t constrict properly which means my blood pools in my feet and my heart overcompensates by beating really really fast to try to get the blood back up which doesn’t quite work. One of the things that’s really helpful for this is increasing blood volume, which lots of sodium helps with since sodium helps you retain the hydration in your body. Nuun sport helps me so much with keeping up my sodium and hydration intake for my POTS treatment plan! I have a 40 oz bottle and I put in 3 tablets to that one and that’s already almost halfway to my sodium goal! Tasty and excellent for sports
