I've been using NUUN hydration tablets for about a year now. This is an excellent product. I use these regularly after any endurance workout, and during any outdoor hike or climb. NUUN tablets eliminate any chance of cramping, and they help to very quickly recover. The berry flavored tabs taste really good.

This was my first experience with Nuun. As such, I was not sure what to expect. I think Nuun has a great product idea and platform on which to sell their product. My issue with the Nuun product I received, is the taste/flavor. The taste/flavor to me, tasted like watered down soda, which was not what I was expecting. While the tablets are used to flavor water, I was expecting the flavor to be well, more flavorful than it was. This was my only issue with the Nuun product. I thought the product was well priced and fair. I also liked the flat-rate shipping fee, and I found the overall shipping experience, to be fast. I will finish the Nun I have, and I might order more at a later date, or I may not. I hope that Nuun improves the taste/flavor of the tablets they have. I ordered both the Blackberry Citrus and Ginger Lemonade. I like that both have caffeine. I am a big water and unsweetened iced tea drinker but like adding a tablet to one of my drinks most days for a little flavor. I am also a nurse in a intense physical rehab hospital. Its very physically exhausting some days. I find having a Nuun drink during my busy shifts helps with avoiding grabbing a soda when I need some energy and craving something with flavor. I also like that it helps with hydration and helps provided important vitamins and minerals. I think the tablets help when I get a headache too.I do not like sweet drinks or drinks with a ton of flavor. These are not sweet.
