I have a pretty restricted diet due to some health issues. I follow a Low Fodmap diet to include being gluten and dairy free. I was so nervous to try a protein powder but decided to try Nuzest. I bought my first batch and it sat in my kitchen for a few months before I was brave enough to try. If my stomach rejected this stuff it was going to be pretty painful so that’s why I waited so long. Thankfully the product worked AMAZINGLY! I am loving Nuzest! It’s hard for me to get enough protein in my diet and this is the best for me to make sure that I’m taking in enough. Love it!!

I have been using this product for over a year and love it. Every flavor just love it. I make a variety of shakes that I found through their website. I use it in oatmeal and muffins fruit shakes and puddings. Exceptional. Even my nutritionist was pleased to hear I was using it. What I don’t like is the new seal. Very hard for me to open. That could be due to my age. Enjoy and be healthy.

I've used this powder for years because it tastes great, and a lot better than any other plant-based protein powder I've tried. I previously ordered the powder through Lucky Vitamin and Amazon. The powder mixed with water a bit more easily for the versions sold through those sellers. The packaging and the scoop were different as well. But the version I get directly from Nuzest is great.
