I was happy to test out this setting spray. I don’t know if I noticed much of a difference to be honest. The scent definitely smells like marshmallows though. I received the NYX professional makeup brands new setting spray named The Marshmallow Setting Spray. This has the best scent. It’s a marshmallow cream scent. The spray bottle sprays a bit heavier so you need to use it a few inches away from your face. It works amazingly for oily skin. This is a matte finish and it helps prevent less shine throughout the day or night. This also does not leave spray marks or residue spots when applied. It absorbs perfectly into your makeup. This is meant to be sprayed over your makeup but it also works as a primer spray. The bottle is a cute pink. I would prefer a lighter mist spray but used correctly this is a great setting spray if you like matte finish or have oily skin. Recommended for all skin types!

I have a combination skin type so I have to make sure any setting spray I use will withstand my dryness/oiliness depending on the weather outside. I noticed right away that this spray has an amazing sweet scent to it, this is why I gave it 3 stars. As far as the staying power, it didnt do much for me. I tested it on my arm before even applying it to my face. I used a lip/eye shadow stick and a liquid eyeliner side by side in my comparison.
