colors in this line. My only con is you better make sure you apply it perfectly bc it's a lil difficult to dab off from the outsides of your lips. Also, it takes a few layers to spread out

Exactly what I needed! Texture: Very light, weightless. The lipstick's texture feels pleasant during application, and I want to keep applying it over and over again until my hand falls off. And yet, all these layers won't peel off in chunks; the lipstick goes on smoothly in multiple layers. When wearing it, it's as if you have nothing on your lips. Scent: Powdery, slightly sweet-bitter. It doesn't evoke any negative associations, and there's no chemical smell, which is often the case with lipstick scents. Longevity: It lasted all day, and in the evening, I tried to remove it, but regular soap and water couldn't do the trick! A rosy tint remained on my lips, as if I had applied a different color. It looked like I had permanent lip makeup. Now, answer the question about its longevity yourself. Micellar water removed it all.

I ate a little bit with it on and didn't notice any color come off. I think it's perfect for me, who wants to get into bold lips but only needs them for online school. If you want something more sturdy and precise, go with the liquid suede in alien. That was also fantastic, but settled into my lines easier, and I did have to reapply after an hour because it faded noticeably. Did not feather or smudge around my lips, just faded in the center. And for the price, I couldn't be happier.

I am so in love with these lipsticks! I've usually worn Estée Lauder, Clinique, Bare Minerals etc and I like this Nyx lipstick better than any of those other brands!! It goes on nice and smooth and the color doesn't look terrible when it fades. Colors in order Brunch Me, Cannes, Girl Bye (arrived broken), Vintage, Moonwalk, Alien. I'm hoping I will get a replacement for the broken lipstick. I wish the lipstick tubes themselves were a little more substantial but at this price point I can't complain too much. The formula is spot on so that's all that matters!

I love Violet Smoke more than Lavender and Lace because it has a cooler undertone that works well with my complexion. The lipsticks transfer to drinking glasses and some of the colour disappears after a small snack.I was concerned that the lipsticks would fall apart due to their moisturising formula and because the bullets are slightly loose. I have had the lipsticks for a few months and they have remained intact.

Bought this as a stocking filler for my daughter for Christmas. She chose the colour herself so I know she will like it. The lipstick was delivered quickly and is good quality but my only issue was with the website. It was very difficult to place the order and took several attempts before I was able to successfully place the order. The lipstick would show up in the shopping cart but then when I went to check out it would disappear. It took several days before I could place the order so I don't know if there was a fault with the website. For some reason it would only let me order one item at a time so I had to pay two lots of delivery charges. For this reason I've only given a score of three stars instead of a five star rating

I have other more expensive brands, but the quality, variety of colors and value cannot be matched. I love how pigmented it is and unlike other matte lipsticks, non-drying. It also has very good staying power for a non-liquid lipstick.I just bought spicy, clinger and sweet tooth and they all blend in so well with my dark, cool tones. I’m definitely going to be adding more to my collection in the near future.

While this brand is very affordable and has good products, I am rating the NYX Suede lipsticks stock in my local Walmart. I recommend checking the batch codes for freshness. Typical at many Walmarts, patrons open caps to see the actual colors (but they normally don't touch the product). They just look at the shade and replace the cap. Browsing for a new lipstick locally, I looked on several "new" intact bullet lipsticks from the NYX suede matte line. The lipstick product had visible white fuzzy patches on various parts of the lipstick surface. It was not a big fluffy cotton ball type fuzz. It was definitely there and resembled when something is going bad in the early stages of mold growth. I highly recommend that you inspect in-store lipstick with a flashlight and ... Not even taking the affordable price point into account, Nyx does an excellent job at making a rich black lipstick that looks and feels good. This isn't a junky halloween formula. This is a legit makeup formula for adults. If you've ever worn black lipstick before, you know that deep dark pigments are something to be very cautious with. Dark colors make fading/fallout/smearing more noticeable.I don't think I can really knock this product for requiring touch-ups after eating and drinking because that's just a normal thing for this type of formulation.If you really want to improve the longevity, application, and overall look, I highly recommend using this black lipstick with Nyx lip liner in the matching color Alien and topping with Nyx butter gloss in Black ... This formulation is vegan, highly pigmented, easy to apply. I would recommend if you are looking for a red vegan lipstick as that is difficult to find sometimes. I would say you need to use a lip brush to get the lines precise on the lip. I use a little bit of Vaseline on top, as this lipstick is drying but it does stay on well after eating and drinking. The price is worth it for the quality.
