I am a shine loud girl! I have just tried smooth whip and I think I am going to have a new obsession. I am wearing cherry creme at this moment. I have had it one for 6 hrs, I have ate and drank from the cup and a straw. Can I tell you the color still looks amazing! I am surprised! When you put it on it looks so smooth and soft and it feels great. I was expecting it to get all over the place like other lipsticks and it hasn't. I like it a lot! The color is beautiful! If you like a soft red lip that stays pretty well then this is it!

I don’t usually ever return make up but I had to on this product.It felt very soft on my lips but in kind of an odd way… like what a glue stick may feel like if you applied it on your lips.The smell was odd als, kind of smelled like a donut covered in dust if you can imagine that smell.The color was a little orange in hue and the way it looked on my lips was that of the old school colored sun block sticks that came in bright colors.It didn’t look how matte lip products usually appear, and was more on par withal a concealer stick type look… but on your lips.If it had been free I wouldn’t have kept it.Was able to return. Very easily.

I am OBSESSED with the entire Smooth Whip line up, so much so that I've purchased 10 different colors. The colors are beautiful, and this particular formula goes on smoothly and is SUPER comfortable to wear all day. The ONLY reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the colors are better than others. IDK why, but some of the colors seem to be more sheer than others and require an additional coat or two to get the true color. In terms of consistency and overall color, Blankie is the best one out of the bunch. One swipe on my upper and lower lip, and I have beautiful baby blue lips. I hope NYX NEVER discontinues this product line or the Blankie color. If anything I hope they add more colors in the future, like lime green or black.

I bought Feelings and Berry Bed Sheets about 2 months ago when they were on sale at a beauty retailer. I've tried multiple times to get them to work for me but they just don't. I have no idea how this has such good reviews. I found the formula on the dry side and kind of chunky or gloopy. Nothing I do will get the color to go on evenly, it's always intense in spots and see through in spots. I've tried blotting, smoothing with a finger, putting gloss over it, and anything else I could think of and it's still patchy. I can't for the life of me get a clean edge to the color. Let's start with the pros. The formula glides on wonderfully, so smooth and silky, and the applicator picks up the perfect amount for my lips, I love the texture of this, but it stops there. The actual product is very sticky, in my opinion, and creates a sticky lip feel when I press my lips together. I also found the color doesn't last long even if you aren't eating or drinking. Do I hate it? No, but I didn't love. I would keep it in my makeup bag for an emergency only, but it's not a daily gloss for me

I bought a bunch of matte red lippies in a recent impulse spree, and this is probably the best out of them. It's not absolutely transfer/kiss/food proof, so it might require a wee bit of touching up throughout the day and slight wiping off of cheeks/cups/glasses, but you can live with it. If you blot with toilet paper to remove excess it might reduce the colour *very* slightly but it will definitely make it last longer and transfer almost nothing at all. It goes on well, it glides, you can move it around until it dries and it is immediately properly matte. You can blot your lips together straight away and it feels really soft rather than dry or tight on your lips like nearly every other matte lippy I've come across, it's actually really comfortable to wear, you can ... I bought this in the shop so I could see the colour better, the website makes Velvet Robe look a lot brighter than it is, from the picture of the tube on the site you'd think the product was a bright pinky red rather than a nice deep brick red. I spent nearly £80, this wasn't the most expensive one I bought by far but is the one I've worn out most, I would buy it again, and in more colours. It's not the dark, dark red I really want, but it's a lovely shade and the formula is spot on - I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice comfortable matte lip.
