This item unfortunately came defective where the LCD screen would not show. I tried all troubleshooting that I’m aware of. But I did purchase an other and it works great and it’s a lovely cooler that provides plenty of cooling and performance with minimal noise. I would recommend this item and my luck shouldn’t impact your decision.

I do want to note that I bought this product used under “excellent condition” and I have purchased one other item before I from Best Buy under the same condition (excellent). After receiving the AIO cooler it looked practically brand new, but it would not work and the pump would not start. I was very upset and frustrated but luckily I have a friend that works with tech that was able to find a solution. The product itself was very good, but I am now very reluctant to ever buy another used item from Best Buy.

This sucker runs as cold as as John Candy in Cool Runnings. Switching out the fans to RGB custom was a piece of cake and save me some money since I already owned the fans. The digital screen is obviously the big win. It was a piece of cake to install and it actually has a direct connect with Giphy so the amount of images is endless. Having temperature overlays on top of the GIFs is a win as well. Definitely worth the cost.

Great AIO, always decent enough but not top of the line. The fans are good but could be quieter and I am already looking to replace mine with Noctua A12x25’s. The cooler comes prefilled but definitely has air in it so at some point you’ll need to purge it or drain/refill it but as long as you spend some time working the air out of the pump and to the top of the loop, you’ll be fine. With these 360 radiators, the purge point of the loop is in the pump so to drain/refill, you’ll need to take the pump head apart. Short of building a full custom loop, these AIOs do the job and at a half decent price, so if you’re in a rush or lack the experience or desire to source individual components for an AIO, this is a great option. You’ll need a USB header on your motherboard so if you don’t have a spare USB header, look into getting whatever additional components you might need to add more headers if you’re already maxed out….either through a header to USB adapter or NZXTs USB header hub to expand your probably limited header options. I purchased two AIOs and chose to rewire them to use a single header so that’s an option for you as well.****Pick these up in store if at all possible.***** I had them shipped to my house and the packages arrived EXACTLY like you’d get in the store just with a shipping label slapped on them. I’m shocked they weren’t stolen. USPS did no favors to the package either and it was pretty beat up when it arrived at my doorstep.

Easy to install and performs great. Currently using this on an i7-13700K and keeps CPU very cool. I swapped the NZXT fans for PCCooler 120mm halo fans I got on Amazon and they work like a dream.For anyone who needs to know this, you only need to plug in your fans into the fan headers on the breakout cable if you want to control fan curve and other features on NZXT cam. Otherwise, you can use any other controller or plug them right onto the motherboard headers to adjust in your BIOS.
Stopped working after just a couple weeks. Looked great while it worked. I noticed one morning the lcd was off, sure enough the fans connected to the pump are not spinning. Fantastic, had to tear down my pc and troubleshoot.. no dice the pump is dead not getting any power and cooking my cpu. Just what I wanted. Returned just before the window closed, that’s the bright side
This thing is bulky, so make sure it can fit in your case. I would probably recommend getting the 280mm as the cooling performance is the same in a smaller profile, but I got a better deal on the 360mm so I went for it.Works great on my Ryzen 9 7900X, keeps temps between 60-80 under intense loads and mid 50’s at idle. Always whisper quiet.LCD is awesome, the gifs are definitely the best part.
LCD intermittently works, I found out that either the cable or the port at the pump is defective.Since LCD is not connecting properly and it's all on the same cable with the pump, I notice that the pump stops working as well which almost killed my 7900x going above 100 degrees.Got an Open Box - Excellent condition btw, which I am not sure if a customer returned this item or Best Buy just opened for testing since this is literally a new release.Pump noise is bad as well, it's like you have a bad GPU coil whineReturned it and waiting for refund.
I normally don’t review things but since I have a chance for $400 I might as well be give a honest review.If I could give the review a 4.5 I would. Quality is very nice, it cools my and 7950 x3d very well. The thermo paste that it comes with seems to work well with my non overclocked cpu. Temps are around 58c on 4k gaming 30% load. Fans are quite, radiator had little to no air in the system and best of all no leaks.Now my only issues is that I wish the display was compatible with other softwares.
