"Oakley Hex Jector"Frames are great for my complex prescription. With a reasonably thick plastic frame, it does well to hide my fairly strong -6.5 prescription lenses, albeit they are thinned. The straight arms that do not fold down round the ear will take a little getting used to, but day 3, I'm already becoming accustomed to them. Amazing

I was a bit qorriedbar first. The purchasing process was NOT the most confident one, I didn't even get an email confirmation for my order. But the hex jextor arrived weeks earlier than expected and with a sleek look and perfect direction I was thrilled to finally have a set of glasses that were not only extremely comfortable to wear but looked great as well. 10/10 will definetly be getting my next set through oakley!

Fantastic glasses

Excellent glasses. Frames are lightweight and stylish. I believe the nose rests are silicone. Very comfortable, just like Oakley's sunglasses.EZContacts was amazing too. Ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and they were in my mailbox Saturday morning.Great experience all in all.

Great with a few caveats

It’s been a decent pair of glasses. Very pricey considering the materials. The glasses themselves are light but offer no new age materials that balance the profound cost and when I bought them I had paid and opted for the photo-chromatic lenses that have a scratch resistant coating. As far as I know, my glasses have scratches alrdy from everyday use which I’m pretty dissatisfied about. The photochromotic lense are great, the durability is questionable. Also the arms don’t have any rubber to stabilize them so they flop around a bit.

The frames are super solid, the prescription was dead on. The look of Oakley's is undeniable. Get your eye test and ask for the prescription at your local eye place, but don't buy from them, (unless it's an Oakley store) buy from Oakley online with your prescription. They are at "par" with their prices and you're getting a better quality product from Oakley and a better look as well.

Hex Jector transition eye glasses

Incredible glasses. Super lightweight and clear. I ordered the Transition lenses in emerald. As a pilot, the glasses don’t get quite dark enough in the cockpit due to the polarization of the windows. There is an option to get the “light sensitive” translations for those with that issue. I don’t have that issue but I believe I would get those next time instead. Baseball hats also keep them less dark than a normal pair of sunglasses outdoors as well. Without a hat they get perfectly dark. In a car, not as dark as I would like, personally. Again, you can choose for them to be more sensitive, I didn’t think I would need that. The prescription was done to perfection, and the progressive part is just perfect. Junk.

The first two pair broke the day after I got them. The frames cracked around the lens and lens fell out. The third pair have not broke, but if you bend over to tie your shoe, put on socks, pull up your pants, your glasses fall off and be on the floor. If something catches your attention, and you turn your head quickly, they’re gone. They look great and if you’re not a very active person, they might be OK for you. Otherwise look for something better you’ll hate these as much as I do.

If you have any width to your natural bridge, these may ride a bit high, and not make quite enough contact with your skin to feel very secure. This is because these Oakleys do not have the silicone ear socks, as many of their frames do. They only have the one size silicone nose pad. So contact with the bridge of your nose is all that is stopping a potential eyewear crash. I wanted something different than crosslinks, as I have lived in those since they came out. Super light weight frames. Absolutley love then. They came relatively quickly. Paid for overnight delivery. Kinda that would rush the manufacturing process. It did not. However once they shipped they arrived next day. And they are a stellar set of frames. Lenses are as ordered. Over all no complaints.. Would purchase for them again..

They stay up on my face.

They stay up on my face. I'm not constantly pushing them back up. I can vigorously shake my head and they stay in position on on my face. They're lightweight, sometimes I don't remember I have them on. The lens area is large enough it doesn't affect my peripheral vision too much. The only draw back, the ear pieces are not rounded enough on the outside where they rest on my ear and will eventually cause discomfort.
