The line miners are exactly that my biggest problem with previous goggles was the inability to keep from fogging up in extreme cold or wetter than usual conditions, also the lack of visibility in whiteout conditions. The line miners check those boxes easily and the prizm lenses actually enhance lines in whiteout conditions and make them very easy to wear with a face mask for those cold days. They're not bad on the eyes as well

The line miner is the best goggle in the game! Oakley has been killing it for years! I have terrible vision and need a good goggle to be able to see! The line miner fit my face amazing and the peripheral vision is great! Prizm on their lenses also helps see the contour of the snow super well!

The Line Miner L worked well and actually fit nicely on my smaller face (I usually need small to medium size goggle frames). I usually prefer a spherical lens but the Line Miners still had great peripheral vision. I used the newer prizm lens that replaced the prizm rose lens (forget the name of the lens) and they worked great on fairly dark and cloudy day.

The Line Miner has a classic flat lens with more frame than you might see in some goggles these days, I really enjoyed both the look and feel of these goggles. They fit well both with and without a helmet. The day I was wearing them was rainy and cloudy. The hi pink lens provided great contrast in flat light and didn't fog at all.
Great goggles. My glasses easily fit under these. Got the pink iridium lenses for low light days. Visibility and field of view are excellent. Fit is as good if not better than my Oakley Flight Decks. Got these at a significant evo discount. Ski shops can't touch selection or price.
If you're in the market for a reliable and high-quality pair of snow goggles, look no further than these bad boys. I recently took them out for a spin on the slopes, and they did not disappoint. The lenses were crystal clear, the fit was comfortable and secure, and they held up against the elements like a champ. Plus, they look pretty darn cool too. Highly recommend!Sacrifice a small gap in the nose area with L size over the M; I preferred the slightly larger google size. (I have a small head and nose bridge).
There's a reason Oakley is the goated eyewear brand. The lenses are crystal clear and appropriate for a variety of lighting - bluebird, storm, flat light, etc. Prizm works its magic. The vents work overtime to keep the lens clear. The overall build quality of every part on these goggles is top notch. Switched over from Smith with this pair and I'm not looking back.
I was able to test these goggles on a day with patchy sun and partial clouds making it a great day to test out goggles. The fit of these is outstanding, I typically wear a medium helmet and these still fit great with it, the fit is especially good with an Oakley helmet. I love how close to your nose these sit, it really limits how much frame you see and helps when looking down at objects. The Prizm lens does wonders, after your eyes adjust you forget you are looking through a lens. It helps everything pop and keeps your eyes from getting fatigued by the sun. I also like the wider strap that these come with compared to some other brands. Can't go wrong with these, grab a pair and start seeing all the hidden lines you've been missing!
Haven’t used yet but the quality seems good. Did a lot of research and prism lenses sound like the business so got the sage gold and have ordered the hi pink from another seller.Biggest disappointment is that they were delivered without the micro fibre soft case to protect lens and clean. They came in the black zippered case and you can see marks on the lens from them bouncing around it. I spoke to Oakley directly and they are definitely meant to have one included. Not sure whether backcountry sent me second hand goggles but I’m kinda bummed. To their credit they offered for me to return them but I leave on my month snowboarding trip in a few days and their overnight shipping took 5 days so couldn't trust that. $15 voucher was a nice gesture but I’d rather have ... MoreHaven’t used yet but the quality seems good. Was looking for a good OTG model and tried out both Line Miner M (medium) and L (large) variants. I have an average size head, wear an M size ski helmet and my prescription glasses are size 50-52 (lens width). Even though the Line Miner M was the right size for my face (which i'd classify as narrow/oval), i found Line Miner L to be more comfortable with my glasses. They look slightly oversized for my face, but i place comfort before aesthetics and so i went with L. Couldnt be happier. I have the prizm Jade Iridium lens and these have a slight pink tinge when looking at the snow. Recommend these, especially for the price of around $90 dollars.
