I bought these stockings after my doctor advised me to wear compression stockings.I found the Therafirm stockings online at Chemist Warehouse, where they were on sale for a very reasonable price, so I purchased them.As soon as they arrived I put one one on (only one leg requires compression). I followed the diagrams on the package for donning the stocking and it was so easy to put on, I couldn’t believe I had managed it by myself, as a carer usually needs to help with putting things on my feet.I was able to comfortably wear the stocking for 12hours without any problems, and it stayed up without any trouble. The only fault I could find with it, was the lace top tends to roll itself into a tight band around the leg, so that after 12 hours I needed to remove the ... MoreI bought these stockings after my doctor advised me to wear compression stockings.I found the Therafirm stockings online at Chemist Warehouse, where they were on sale for a very reasonable price, so I purchased them.As soon as they arrived I put one one on (only one leg requires compression). Laddered before I even got to wear them!

I’m 30 weeks pregnant and needed to travel so my doctor recommended compression stockings. Both heels were laddered with holes just from putting them on, and a large hole at the top of one at the back. When you pay almost $50 you expect them to last a few washes at least! poor quality!

Good compression. Thin fabric which is great for summer.

Perfect for wearing to work with a skirt. Was able to do an 8 hour shift without aching legs. Best price. Was half price when I bought mine!

The side seam at the thigh can get a bit irritating.

Very Disappointed - Misleading
16 January 2022

Heading and description misleading. I understood “Medium” to be the compression rating of the stockings, not the leg size. I wanted Grade 2 (medium compression), but received light compression, no good to me at all. Apart from that they are way too dark, the description is Sand, but they are much darker, more like a dark beige. Very silky feel, great for putting on and great to slide right out of your shoe as well. Beware.
