Oates Triple Action Flat Mop

Purchased a complete set but was only sent 2 microfibres pads, I was supposed to receive 3 different types of pads and finishing cloths bit they did not come in the package I received. Have sent mydeals an email today upon receiving my delivery requesting items. Will await their reply. Looks to be okay with the pad I did receive. For the incomplete item sent I can onlyGive a low rating.

Broke first time we used it

It broke the first time we used it! Crappy plastic swivel head, ended up in the bin, what a waste of money and now in landfill

Cheap and nasty

Rubbish quality. Just bought it. The handle doesn't lock from new. I don't even need a collapsible handle but one that doesn't work isn't useful

Love this mop

This is my second one, I ad a lambs wool one before that I preferred but I gave it to my. Dad , I love these not for wet mopping but for dry mopping

New improved model is nowhere near as good as old one

Had the old version for 10yrs and loved it. I recent purchase the new improved version and it's rubbish. The head doesn't move like the old one did, constantly gets stuck in one position. You can't use your fingers to push the replacement cloth into the retainer, it's super tight. I have to use a tool to do it.Picture here shows the old model, however I was supplied the new model (via click and collect)

Great mop and does the job! Highly recommend. I use it on my timber floors slightly damp. Good price too.

I bought this because it was oats would be good the grip does not hold the pad while mopping comes off all the time most frustrating
