good ingredients with no added oils, just oats, water and sea salt. less calories than minor figures brand of oat milk. if drinking on its own, it has a very mild taste that is not as strong tasting as minor figures. i prefer taste of minor figures, but since i seldom drink oat milk on its own (i use oat milk to make hot choc and smoothies), this is a great product given the pure ingredients and low calories. have repurchased a few times.

This is the purest oat milk as it doesn’t have other ingredients except a little salt. The box it comes in leaves so little space to shake it properly that the solids stay at the bottom. To overcome this I poor some out into a jug, give the remaining content a vigorous shake and replace the jug content. Another good shake and it’s perfect.

When I first got on the oat milk train this was the first brand I tried ... and I loved it. I assumed other oat milks were similar, so I started buying cheaper brands at various stores. None of them were as good as Oatly. I"m not usually a "name-brand only" snob on something as simple as milk, but now I am. I even notice now when I'm at a coffee shop if they say their oat milk is Oatly because I notice such a big difference in taste. Unsweetened vanilla is my favorite and makes the best iced latte, but I've never disliked any flavor I've tried.

I bought this as an alternative to Alpro almond chocolate milk which I used to buy regularly until it was discontinued, and it is delicious. It's not quite as rich as the Alpro one was, instead it reminds me of the chocolatey milk you get from chocolate cereal.I do however think this one tastes better cold than the Alpro one did. I have yet to try it warmed up as hot chocolate but imagine it will still be delicious! It's a shame it's so expensive, but all the branded milk alternatives are and despite that it's definitely one I'll be buying again as a treat item.
I'd heard amazing things about Oatly brand but already have a favourite oat milk (Earth's Own Barista Oat) so decided I'd give Oatly's chocolate oat milk a try first for something different! It's absolutely delicious! Very rich and chocolatey without being overly sweet! Perfect tasting and fairly healthy! Lots of B12 & Calcium! It's a bit expensive but worth it for a yummy vegan product! It tasted really great being mixed with Earth's Own Barista Oat to make it go further!! Highly recommend trying and I would definitely buy again!!
my earlier review. I think there was something not quite right with one or two cartons purchased a few months ago. Struggling to find a better Lilk alternative I have come back to this and been quite satisfied with the taste and now I just mix it with rice dream to get the flavour I am after.17 February 2023 by WMcMGood rich texture, but flavour not so good nowThis used to be the best for taste, versatility and creaminess, but more recently, I am finding that the smell/flavour is not so pleasant, the smell reminds me of damp cardboard, so I am having to do the rounds again since Lilk have gone out of business (the combination of oat and rice milk was perfect, but no one else seems to produce that).
This is what I take my pills with, and I have to take so many of those that I get through just over three litres of it a week. It does a great deal to take the sting out of a heavy medication schedule; it is chocolatey, sweet but not excessively so (actually, considering how little sugar there is in it, it's sweeter than you'd expect), and very smooth, without any extraneous flavours (as one sometimes gets with certain plant milks, particularly soya). The packaging can get a bit ridiculous, but I'm not buying it for that!
This is my regular non-diary milk and we love it. But...it is clearly sourced from two different places and the product quality is very different between the two. Same barcode on products, same description, same order. On one, though, the oat drink is a greyer colour, thinner and not nearly as tasty (it tastes more like the semi-version). Same barcode, ostensibly the same product. The packaging is different in two discernible ways: on the less palatable variety, the carbon footprint is larger (0.47kg CO2/kg vs 0.41kg CO2/kg) and the date/batch stamping on the top is clearly done by a different machine. So, two different suppliers, which wouldn't bother me were it not for the fact that the quality of product is so markedly different. I love the milk itself and have been buying it for years, but my last 6 cartons have all had defective lids, the seal doesn't break off properly, and consequently the lid isn't fully sealed, making it impossible to shake the carton without making a huge mess!! Not sure if you've changed carton suppliers?? Please change it back as it's making me consider swapping to another brand as you have to be able to shake the carton to mix it before pouring!!
