Office 2021 Professional Plus

Upgrading from Office 2016 ProPlus. A bit early to review yet. Has a few quirks (welcome to MicroSoft!!!) but have been able to personalise most of them away. Within seconds of making the payment, I received the email with an invoice and downloads for instructions, Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 Full Version and product key. I had no problems at all and very happy to have Publisher back again. Before I downloaded the software, I removed Office 365 and the other previous versions. This was my first purchase with Digital Maze and highly recommend them.

I like to purchase the complete suite of Microsoft products, because I use them extensively. I like the fact that I can use the VBA language to automate the reporting that I do. It is an incredible time savings. I have used the Google suite of software products and found that I like the interface with the Microsoft suite just a little easier to navigate. I also like the Power Query plug-in to Excel to grab data from various sources. Lastly, I also set up a couple of Power Automate processes to automate the running of my reports, which was not very difficult. It is very easy to integrate all the products together to get what you need.

Bad customer service and product not work

I have purchased MS pro-2021, but it does not work on Mac. In the product description, it does not say that it will not work on Mac.I sent many emails asking for help as I was unable to use the product. Only suggest me to buy their another product that telling it will work on mac.The person who emailed me (Shawn Verma) could not and never provided professional help from this website. They just ignored my request and stopped responding after a few emails. In the end, I had to buy MS from a reliable original Microsoft.Bad customer service, not helpful at all. And a waste of money.I would not recommend Softwareg.com.au because they will not help customers when there is a problem.

Whoa...!,. Excellent product and so easy to install.Soon I receive the download link and the key, I downloaded and install immediately. Finish installation, I put the given key and Voilà...! Office 2021 was registered straightaway. The problem with many complains is that they installed Office after hours or a day after receive the product key.In pass experience (I had installed Office to few people), the installation and registration must be soon as possible. The key validation is valid only in small hours window. Otherwise will be invalid.I'm very happy with the product.

Total office suite for Windows update

I actually upgraded my purchase to Microsoft Office Professional+ 2021. It has all the office products that one uses in one package and 5 device activation which satisfies all my needs. I also like that I own this software and do not have to pay a subscription fee every year. It's a win-win! If you are already proficient at Windows 10, it's a piece of cake to upgrade to this product. I did have trouble with Microsoft authorization of the product key. I called them and they corrected their error and actually installed it for me! They tech was awesome!
