Ohropax Wax Ear Plugs, 12 Plug

I have used these earplugs for over twenty three years. Definitely recommend them. Conform nicely within the ear, comfortable and blocks sound although one can still hear the smoke sector. In the past I had to order these by the case through a pharmacy and it was extremely expensive ( several hundred dollars) but I really needed them. I have tried many earplugs in the past. I find that no other earplug comes close to the Ohropax Wax Ear Plugs for blocking out sound and for comfort. Once I put the earplugs in , they stay in - no shifting or slipping out. I use the earplugs every night to block out the loud sudden noises that occur in our non-sound proof building. The earplugs are so comfortable even when I sleep on my side. I first used the Ohropax Wax Ear Plugs on a flight to Europe. On the flight there was a little baby crying during the entire flight. I was the only on in our large group who slept through it all. I did not hear a sound! Thanks Ohropax for making such a great product.

These earplugs are just great. I'm not even sure how long I've been using the, but it's at least 20 years! These were hard to find for awhile so I ended up trying other types, but never found anything as good as Ohropax. They are so easily moldable to my ear and they do a great job of blocking out the outside noise while still allowing me to hear what's going on inside my house. Thank goodness Well.ca started carrying them! Will always buy these.

This is the only handcream that keeps my hands from turning into hooves, and I've tried them all. I slather it on at night before sleeping and put my hands into cotton gloves. This makes a major difference the whole of the next day. The secret when using it during the day is to work it well into the hands. Then it withstands a certain amount of handwashing. The only thing I regret about this product is that it has parabens in it. Nonetheless, it works so well, I ignore that fact. And I am well past childbearing age in any case.

These are the best ear plugs that I have ever tried. Because they're wax, your body heat allows a custom fit to your ear, so they're comfortable. They stop 90 % of noise from your surroundings and I've actually been able to get some solid sleep. The only drawback is that because I move around so much in my sleep, I occasionally have to re-position them in my ears because they slightly pull away from the edges. This is no big deal though and is done easily since they stay soft from your body heat.

I have been using OHROPAX wax earplugs for 30+ years as a sleeping aid, especially while recovering from CFS.My husband snores, and much as I love him, it makes it difficult for me to sleep.Using these earplugs cuts out all noise; great for travel , and sleeping away from home.I cannot sleep without them, and was so upset when I could no longer buy them in my drugstore here in Ontario.I even had them sent from the States, until I found Well.ca had them!Am so thankful I can buy them through Well.ca!!

They block the sound better than anything I know. They are best when new and soft. They harden in cold weather and with use. Throw out after they begin to look dirty and harden( remember you are inserting bacteria which could infect your eardrum when they are dirty). I think I have nuralga in one of my ears because I used one when it was older and truned hard. I think I stretched or got hairline fractures in the cartelege of my ear. No doctor has said this however. AND I have used them for over 20 years with no problems. I've been using this product for years, and it's by far the best ear plugs ever. Not only will they keep sound out but they are "comfortable" when you sleep. I use them when I sleep if my husband snores or in the mornings when I like to sleep in :) I would be LOST without them! You contour these ear plugs to fit the shape of your ear canal and you can adjust how "sealed" you want your ear canals to be. I take them on the plane when I want to sleep quietly or to noisy hotels when I want to sleep. If they ever go on back order/discountinue I'd have to stock up like Elaine (from Seinfeld) "the sponge" :D

Oh no! Well.ca bring these back. These are my favourite ear plugs. I use them every night to sleep beside my snoring husband. They are so soft and comfortable, the regular foam plugs make my ears sore.Bring them back!!!!

Wax Ear Plugs

I could never wear earplugs before, until a friend gave me a set of wax ones to try. I didnt even know take off the protective cotton batten covering. I split it in two as I found one in each ear was too much. Kind of tough to do as they are so dense. My husband dies not Ike them and they do take some getting used to. As they warm up inside your ear, just gently press for better fit. They are not for everyone, but I wouldnt give mine up. A little case is great too!
