Rug looks as pictured. Seems well made. Colour accurate to image. Has a smell that seems like a dusty/musty wool smell, hopefully will fade without needing a clean.Chairs are as pictured. Look great for pricing. Easy to build with one person

Great Buy - Easy to assemble. Low, but the armrests make it easy to get out of. Comfortable and looks great. Unless you are tall, you will probably need a cushion behind you as the seat is quite deep. Very happy with my purchase.

Love this chair! Got two of them plus loveseat for my sitting room. Comfortable and exactly as pictured. I had some assembly problems with one of my chairs, but the customer service was very efficient and it was replaced very quickly. Love the solid Rubberwood. Would just advise caution if you have cats, the fabric is susceptible to pulling and dirty paw prints so I have throws over mine to protect them.

The colour of the chair was exactly as online pictures and looks cute in the room. Very happy with the quality of material. I like the rustic modernly of the design. Was very excited looking forward for my order and it came fast and worth every money cost. It's my first purchase from T&W and it's totally a right decision

Received this very quickly with some small damage to both arms. Packaged well so I think just unlucky. I had the BEST personalised customer service. The phone call was quick in response and they dispatched a brand new one without any issues.The chair is really beautiful. Lovely fabric, lovely wood and very easy to assemble.

The wood is nice and the product was easy to put together but the design needs a rethink. The use of black Velcro to hold the cheap nylon black base cover on such light coloured chairs. The black velcro and base cover is clearly visible from the front view NOT as shown where the photo ij product catalog suggests that the fabric extends fully under the front of the seat cushion. It does not. This unsightly black has marred the appearance of the product for what was otherwise a stylish looking chair. The fabric on the chair and base cover is very thin and plastic feeling . We don't expect it will wear well.

I like the look of the table however I've taken a star off for the assembly instructions which are too brief/ simple . The chair looks good but I'm disappointed to see the seat is made my springs and not foam. I doubt it will be as durable for this reason. I don't recall seeing this in the description .

Timber frame colour is lighter than pictured. Construction was reasonably straightforward. The chair itself is firm and the seat quiet deep, more comfortable with a cushion at the back. Not seen in the display picture is the velcro seam, visible along the bottom of the seat when viewed from the front.

Was absolutely what i ordered and fits my lounge room perfectly. Easy to put together and incredibly sturdy. I took other reviews advice and purchased cushions as the chairs do lean back a little to far for my comfort. Would recommend these chairs and Temple & Webster to family and friends.

This chair doesn't look like the image. It has a black branded tag stitched into the front seam which looks cheap. It also has a strip of black Velcro underneath & cheap black fabric which is poorly stitched & hangs down. Neither of these things are visible in the image.
