I am a huge insomniac and was trying to find natural ways to help me sleep. I invested in Oil Gardens diffuser and sleep assist essential oil blend. I would turn on 2-3 hours before sleeping and let the room fill with this blend. What I can say is that it really does work, I was feeling relaxed, and sleepy and actually falling asleep! Needed to give my 6 month old baby a bath whilst staying at the hospital for his post surgery recovery, his nose was all blocked up due to surgery. The nurses kept trying to suction stuff out of his nose but because it was all dried up, nothing was coming out. He was in so much distress from the suction, so i decided to look for some essential oils and glad I found it at a gift shop in the hospital. I soaked him in the bath for about 15 minutes with around 10 drops of baby protect" and it cleared his nose and throat right up. Didn't need any suction or have a stuffy nose after use. And it smells divine!!! Can't wait to try more of your other range! "
I love this and so does my 9 year old. Goes to sleep with it on in the diffuser and I also use it in the evenings to calm the atmosphere down. It really does work and smells fantastic. I really love this. Lavender is beautiful but this combination is really really nice.
I first bought this when my baby was about 2 days old. We came home from the hospital with a horrible cold! Ugh. However this brought MASSIVEA relief for my little baby. Michael is now 11months old and its our go to for cold and flu symptoms. Cannot recommend this enough! And the smell is DEVINE and so gentle.

I bought this roughly 8 months ago.I bought it to use it in my daughters room as it is natural & soothing, but I’ve since used it many times in my burner. It’s relaxing, calmly & soothing. The scent is very different but I love it. I burn it for a couple of hours before my 13 month olds bed time. It absolutely does help her relax & sleep. I love it.
The oils in sleep assist are.......... sorry nodded off!!! Fantastic. This mix of essential oils helps calm my 7yr old down on the evening. Ive used this in my diffuser and made up roller balls for friend's.
