I bought this as I have been suffering with PTSD and grief and was looking for something to help in the really bad moments. This blend is definitely it. It is SO calming. During the day I put a drop above my lip under my nose and when I need a good restful night sleep I put a couple of drops in coconut oil and rub it into the bottom of my feet.
