DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. The company that make it don't even list it on their product page, as the product is so faulty and they have had so many returned. Also you can't even get the App that controls it online Anywhere, so no lights or music either. And it barely puts out any steam, its useless. No better than a paper weight lol. And Chemist Warehouse knows all this and Does not Care.

I brought this product a month ago for my babies room. We had another brand for 8 years but unfortunately after 8 years it broke. I went to chemist warehouse and spent $90 I didn’t want to go cheap. Tried to hook the product up to Bluetooth and the ap. Useless!!! The app does not work with this product. But that’s ok I can still use the product without the app. I used this product twice worked great, threw out the box. 3rd time I used it the fan was SO loud!! It was like a lawnmower was going. Can no longer use it as the fan is too noisy and getting worse. I tried to find my receipt but couldn’t and had already thrown out the box. A waste of $90. I bought this for my babies room, perfect I thought, night light, bluetooth and humidifier/diffuser. I have only started using it the last month, and it was great! Just what I had wanted. Until it wasn't. I can get it to turn on, sometimes the lights come on others not. It will still connect to bluetooth, but the app to control it does not work, and from what I can tell it can't be controlled manually. It says it has connected but I click on any of the links and it just does not respond. So now I cannot use most of the features. Very disappointing considering the price, and I bought 2 others for 2 of my friends also having babies!

I purchased this diffuser a couple of weeks ago. It is very loud which is disturbing in bedroom when trying to sleep. The app does not work, it keeps crashing when I go to open it. Do not recommend this product at all, very disappointing as having the speaker, bluetooth functionality, diffuser and alarm all in one is such a good idea and what I purchased it for. It sounds like many people are having the same issue.

The worst thing about this is that it says ‘power on’ incredibly loud, so if I need to turn it on in the middle of the night, say if my baby has a blocked nose, it wakes her up. It then makes a really loud noise when it connects to my phone. I can hardly use it without connecting it to my phone, as all the touch buttons on the unit work only every now and then, the steam button mostly doesn’t. Sometimes the app connects, sometimes it doesn’t, It’s just a really poorly designed and executed piece of equipment and I really really regret my purchase. I bought this at chemist warehouse 8 months ago when I got really sick. The app is amazing but sometimes you don’t really need it as you can use the buttons on the front. I’ve never had an issue with the app which I have seen most of the reviewers are having an issue with! Love the volume setting not to loud and the light setting where I can choose from warm light or colour ones. Now that I’ve given birth I’m about to use it again as we’re going into winter and love how it breaks the dry air in a room so really glad I got this Beauty !!!

The pros: Decent amount of mist which has changeable levels via the app. Play sound and alarm through device (although not really necessary, a cool feature.) The marketing of this device - the appearance of the packaging and the hefty price tag - give the impression that this is a high quality high end product.. when really its more in the realm of a brand name dupe made in a sweatshop in a third world country. All in all, when only used as a demister the device works fine apart from the annoying droning. Do more looking around to buy a different brand of mister, I will not be buying from Oil Garden again.
I got this back at the begining of 2022 for our bedroom as our son was congested. We chose this product over others because of the app control and music play function. This model was significantly more than the others in store so we assumed we were going to get good value and a great producr. All was working fine for a couple of months, then all of a sudden the sound went and had a clicking sound. We tried to take it back to Chemist Warehouse Botany Auckland but they said they no longer stock the product model and could not help me with the sound issues. We put it away for a couple months and brought it out again this week to now find the App crashes constantly, tried to contact through Google Play store but no reply. Pretty useless.
