It's a very temperamental printer and I didn't realise you have to manually change the paper in the tray from A3 to A4 everytime you want to print different sizes so it gets annoying in an office environment. Probably should have paid more and got a better one!

We used to have to have 3 different machines in our office before purchasing this printer.Simple to setup took about 30 minutes including assembly time.This printer now runs as our copier, printer & fax machine.The Extra trays we have purchased help use store different stock of paper so we don't have to constantly change paper.Would recommenced this printer or any other OKI branded printer.

We've had printer for several months now and it suits our needs perfectly. We previously had an A3 basic printer and an A4 printer fax/scanner machine. As space is at a premium we wanted to combine the two and this was just the job. We no longer use the fax so Printing is quick, scanning with the preview facility works very well.Can thoroughly recommend the product and Printerland!

Had initial communication to computer issues which needed re-setting by OKI USA office tech. Document feeder also jambs and crumples documents sporadically.
I bought this printer a bit more than 3 years ago, i have to say it has been a rocky 3 years with lots of technical issues along the way, I wanted an colour A3 multifunction and I was told OKI was the way to go but I wish I bought a cheaper version so I wouldn't have been in that world of pain, the MFC is still working but just when it wants to, if you can look for another printer.
I needed a A3 colour MFP so rang Printerland for some advise. We decided on the Oki MC853DN. Printer arrived at 10 am the following morning- amazing service. so far the machine has been great. Really impressed.
We have had this printer since October and it has honestly been a NIGHTMARE! We are CONSTANTLY having to unjam it as all it seems to do is jam and the toners leak EVERYWHERE!!! Sometimes all over our documents we are printing!I have to clean the printer at least 3 times a week because as soon as you get a jam, the toner goes EVERYWHERE! It's just not practical. I DO NOT recommend this to ANYONE!!!
