The eye cream is a thick gel type consistency and feels very soothing and cooling when applied. It is designed to help plump and hydrate under the eye to give a more refreshed and awakened appearance, which I do feel like it helped me look more awake and refreshed when applied in the mornings. I could feel a difference in the skin under my eyes after using and it definitely gave a more hydrated, smooth and brightened appearance. I haven't used it long term, so I can't speak to any long term results, but it does give a nice pick me up when used in the mornings for sure.
