The Olay Retinol 24 + Peptide Daily Smoothing Facial Wash is nice but very average. It's definitely a little gimmicky; Olay is clearly trying to market the product as being beneficial because it contains retinol when in reality a retinol isn't going to provide any skin benefits whatsoever in the form of a cleanser. Overlooking this, however, it's a gentle cleanser that's basic enough for everyday use. I wouldn't recommend it for actually removing makeup but rather as the step afterward to cleanser residual makeup from the skin or as a morning cleanser to simply refresh the skin. Is it good? It's average and for someone who has basic needs, this is probably a decent buy.

I use it remove my makeup first without using water and then wash my face with again afterwards and leave it on for a minute or two. My makeup just melts off, its leaves my face feeling SO smooth, and it even helps with my acne! I was really shocked at how well I have loved this product. I just expected it to be OK. Just thought I would try it since I got it for free. It really did exceed my expectations.

I am loving the Olay Retinol 24 + Peptide Daily Smoothing Face Wash so much!! It's has a light refreshing scent, it leaves my skin feeling clean but not overly dried out. I feel like it complements the rest of my skincare routine very well. It has given me a nice natural glow and I am always complemented on my skin. This Olay cleanser is amazing and I am so happy I received it from pinchme to try for free! It gives me the opportunity to try products I might have passed on otherwise and I will make this Retinol 24 + Peptide daily smoothing face wash a staple in my skincare routine!!

The way I use this product is with my face being dry I pump some Of the face wash in my hand rub my hands together and rub it all over my face of course avoiding the area. I then rinse it off with my Washcloth. I am amazed at how quick the make up comes off and how fresh my face feels afterwards. This face wash does not leave a sticky residue as I've noticed some others do. This face wash doesn't make me break out. It's not over oiling. I also really enjoy the smell. The Olay Smoothing Daily Facial Cleanser with Retinol 24 +Peptide works great. It cleans well and is easy to use. After using this facial cleanser my skin felt hydrated and clean. It left my face feeling softer and looking smoother. I love the fact that it has Retinol and peptides in it that help improve the look and feel of my skin. I also like that this facial cleanser doesn't have any sulfates, parabens, phthalates or synthetic dyes in it. I’ve tried other Olay retinol products, but this was my first time trying Olay Retinol 24 + Peptide Daily Smoothing Face Wash. It appeared to be very much like the red label Olay Retinol face wash. However, I was also trying an Olay retinol facial lotion at the same time and believe the products combined may have been too much for my face. My face became red and irritated and I’ve had the worst “breakout†ever on my cheeks. I had previously used the Olay facial wash alone with no issues. I have since stopped using all Olay products to see if my face will return to normal. I have loved the Olay products and am very sad this has happened.
Within the first couple washes my skin was noticeably smoother. It took away some rough skin on my forehead and made my skin feel soft all over. I do wish I had some improvement in my dark spots but I'm guessing the retinol is not very strong in this wash. It was very gentle and had a nice smell that was subtle and pleasant. I put this on dry skin and it removed all make-up. I even tested with a toner and there was no leftover on the cotton round. Thanks PINCHme for the chance to try the Play Retinol 24+ Peptide Daily smoothing face wash for my honest opinion. First off, this face wash smells amazing! The scent does not bother my allergies like most do. I use this face wash in the shower in the evenings. It lathers great on my face and rinses off well. Once I get out and dry my fave, it feels extremely clean yet not stripped of it's natural oils. This factor is a big plus to me because most face wash from other brands make me feel super dry after. I love that this face wash has a pump!!! Super hygienic. I highly recommend and will be repurchasing!!
If you're sensitive to smells do not get this product. it has a strong cool/musky/hazel nutty smell and it lingers. I have never had an Olay product smell anything like this or bad in this way so I thought no biggie ordering without smelling first. What were they thinking!? I also received this in the mail and the dispenser popped open and the product was on all my other stuff, which didn't help because it smells bad. I washed my face with it and it works decent enough just the smell I can't!
This is a must have product! I have received this product from PINCHme and let me tell you something. You will not be disappointed! Hands down this has my skin looking and feeling better within 2 weeks! After having used Olay Retinol 24 + Peptide Daily Smoothing Face Wash, my fine lines and pores are not as noticeable. Also there's no scent, it has actually cleared up my awkward adult pimples around my chin, and it's very hydrating. The best part is my skin is glowing- actually balanced and glowing.
