I BOUGHT 2 REPLACEMENT FILTERS SO I COULD ENJOY CLEAN CLEAR WATER FOR A YEAR. OUR TAP WATER WITHOUT THE FILTER TASTES TERRIBLE AND HAS LIMESCALE. THE OLIVERI SYSTEM ONLY PROVIDES 6 MONTHS OF FILTRATION PER FILTER IN OUR AREA BECAUSE OF POOR WATER QUALITY. I FOUND FILTER REPLACEMENT DIFFICULT, BUT APART FROM THAT THE OLIVERI SYSTEM HAS BEEN A VERY GOOD INVESTMENT.

There are no instructions for how to carry out the replacement procedure. That should be standard. I am unable to find the appropriate info online either. So the cartridge is of no value to me.

Brilliant filter, that actually works. In a home of members with sensitive stomachs, no one getting sick from the water any more. Definitely recommend, and once the system is installed the filter easy to change.

I wish I had realised earlier how easy it was to source a replacement cartridge and change it. I will use the filter more freely and change it regularly from now on.
The water filter works and gives good tasting water. We had expected that the water flow would be better. If we had our time again we would have a separate filter tap and only use filtered water when needed and unfiltered for the rest of our cold water usage.
Product is good, however it took so long before I received the product. I had to chase it up with GG very annoying! Also the product doesnt come with the timer device anymore so you dont know when its finished filtering.
Cartridge is easy to change/replace. You can tell that the water tasted better immediately - - even though the old one was still keeping the water clean and taking out the chlorine etc. A good product.

2nd time weve used The Good Guys to get a new Oliveri water filter replacement, good communication as they take a little while to come in when not in stock but good service and process is easy
Easy to install, it lasts about 6 to 8 months and the water tastes good. I feel satisfied the cartridge is doing a great job of filtering the water.
