My filter was long over due in replacing. All was very straightforward . Now I know that Im drinking fresh,clean water again.
When changing the filter you have to push the cartridge up very hard or it wont screw in. It doesnt take up much room in the cupboard. An alarm comes with it to let you know when to replace it, the led will keep flashing and lasts about 11 months
Does a good job of purifying the water.Tap looks good on the sink, Less cleaning of inside the jug and that makes great coffee. The taste of the water is really good. Recommend this product.
I have received the replacement cartridge. Even having the same product code it has different top locking arrangement which casing leakge from top. Can I get similar to old one otherwise I have to change whole attachment which will be additional spare and plumber cost for replacement
Very easy no mess filter replacement. Follow the simple included instructions and remember to place an old towel underneath to catch any drips.
