I purchased these sandals for my husband. I decided after the store visit to take an hour hike nearby. It was a hot day, the cab interior got to 95 degrees so not ridiculous. But when we picked up the sandals to wear to the creek, the interior part of the sole had shrunk and it had separated around the edges. I’ve had this brand of shoe, similar styles of flip flops and have never had this issue, even when I’ve left them in my vehicle for a week or two (lazy I know). The best footbed I've ever seen on a flip-flop, and they stay in place remarkably well. There's more arch support than one would expect, and they actually look quite good. Decent resort footwear for your vacation.The thing that keeps them from a perfect score is the "thong" that goes between your toes? It's 2 pieces of cloth and instead of being sewn to face forward, the two pieces are loose. That means it rubs back and forth between your toes as you walk, right in that sensitive are that is never callused. Doesn't take long to chafe there.It's very strange to me that a premium shoe company wouldn't have folks walk-test the design, because sewing that piece would have been a very cheap fix.Other than expecting some soreness in an unexpected spot the first ... Amazing, I haven't worn a slipper with the toe tong in a long time. When it arrived I thought that it would take some time to get used to again. I must say that I had no problems and used them on the sand and streets of Puerto Rico. The are comfortable lite and I must say good looking and great craftsmanship. Also I have order other items from other companies in my size 11 and they are either too wide or not compitable. I must commend you guys on such a great experience.

Great Fit. High Quality. Waterproof. Great looks. Classic sandal. I will stick to these from now on. Tried the Imaka & had to return. Terrible fit & gave me bad blisters on big toes. The label had sharp edges. Can say enough good things about the Ohana. Will continue to buy if they don’t change. The older imaka was great as well. I don’t know what happened. Also, I’ve noticed all models have gotten a bit smaller in last couple years so order up.

Bought these sandals for vacation and out of the box they fit well. I typically buy a size up from what my shoe size is and I am glad I did. The review said they were a wide fit with a high arch. This is the reason I chose them. They were a bit snug and the arch was a bit tall but with some wear and break in they are loosening up. I wore them in Mexico and with the humid salty air my feet swole up a bit and they were a bit snug so I altered them wearing my pair of Reef sandals.I like the material and quality and in time they will only get more comfortable. Nice style and happy with my choice.
I absolutely LOVE these flips. I am amazed how comfortable they are. I have horrbly flat feet and they hurt a lot when I go bare footed so I need to wear something almost all the time. I love the arch support in these, they are so comfortable I wear them almost all the time. I just had a vacation where a lot of pool and some beach time were involved and they performed exactly as advertised. They cleaned up so easity from the sand and were great pool side. Already planning my next purchase.

Beyond excellent flip flop / sandal. The heel has extremely comfortable padding. Toe bar is comfortable and overall fit is excellent. The look and performance are top notch. I have several iterations of this flip flop but this version is the very best so far. I highly recommend this flip flop. I generally take 10.5 mens but sometimes a men’s 11. For this flip flop men should size size up a half size if, like me, you are a 10.5 shoe / sneaker in general. EXCELLENT flip flop. I received it late in the summer season and mostly saved it from wear & tear so that I’d have a virtually new flip flop for next summer.
I’m a longtime Olakai fan. Probably 15+ years. I seldom buy a pair unless I get a discount, military, coupon, sale, etc. These were bought with a gift card received for Father’s Day. The biggest improvement I’ve seen over time is the elimination of that leather strip over fabric between the toes. It always deteriorated over time. This style is like others, very comfortable and stylish. Not sure I like the sand color, but it is growing on me.
