It is a nice size and it looks the part, LEDs are really bright and customisable using the provided software, which is very easy to use,The USB port is hidden nicely, and is really convenient,Qi charging is handy charges phone whilst gaming, and not lose a USB port.BonusCan Swap the surface over if needed However a little tab would be handy it is a very tight fit and It doesn’t move. Maybe that’s why they is no tab.

I love the mouse pad. It is a lot larger than I expected it to be. I am not a gamer and purchased the mouse pad purely for aesthetics. I am sure if you are a gamer the size won't be a surprise to you but it is almost the size of four standard square mouse pads. I had the space so it wasn't really an issue. I love that it is Qi charging capable. I use Your Phone (a niwith my laptop so I don't need to hold my phone in my hands but occasionally I do need to grant certain permissions so it's great to have my phone within my reach AND charging where I would normally keep it on a wireless charger on my work desk, it is now next to me on my personal desk with out the need to slide back and forth between desk (which really isn't far at all in my small office but ... MoreI love the mouse pad. Now as I mentioned I purchased this purely for aesthetics. I have an older HP OMEN laptop and thought having the mouse and mouse pad would just be a great cute addition. Because I have an older laptop I ran into two issues. First, in order to change and alter colors you must download the Omen Command Center available through the Microsoft Store for Windows users, which I am, because my Omen is older the Command Center only controls my accessories which wasn't a big deal. Second, I downloaded the Command Center to look at my color options and try to figure out why my lights around the full mouse pad were not illuminated. I thought they were merely turned off but come to find out if you are not using USB-C they don't illuminate even if you use the USB-A converter that comes with it and plug both into the USB ports it still will not illuminate the lights. That was disappointing to me. I am glad the logo works as it should but the other lighting would be a bonus (even though technically since I paid for it, it's not a bonus and for the amount of money I paid I would like 100% functionality, which I am truly confused as to why they couldn't make that happen with the converter) but I still love the mouse pad. Lastly when you first get it there will be a clear protective cover on the mouse pad. I wish I could've kept that on there because I loved the OMEN lettering in the center but the surface has a sticky adhesive that is meant for the actual cover to stick and stay in place. I love the soft side which I am currently using but I have noticed that my soft side is picking up lent and some white chalk like substance was on there, probably dust I just have no idea where it came from, but when I went to wipe it off I had to use a dry cloth and some elbow grease to get it off and it still didn't come off all the way but that makes me even more glad that on the flip side it has a hard surface that you can easily wipe off. I foresee myself having to flip it over eventually but for now I like the soft side. I just received it yesterday so I hope it stands the test of time.
