I opened the box upon arrival and knew within 5 minutes I could not keep it. They "claim" it's made with medical grade silicone but even if I were to air it out for weeks the smell would be so potent I wouldn't be able to have it touch my sensitive skin. On their website it says "satisfaction guarantee" "30-day money back guarantee" I have screen shots of their website saying this because there is NO asterisk indicating these statements aren't 100% true. First fee I was hit with was a $10 restocking fee. Second fee was a $10 return shipping fee. Their website also states that "Please note, returns made without our pre-paid shipping label are not eligible for a shipping cost reimbursement." I used their label provided therefore I am entitled to a shipping reimbursement. While all of this is happening, I have already mailed my product back. They finally wrote back to one of my emails and tried to offer a solution to my problem AFTER I had already mailed my item back. (all they did was offer smaller straps, that would do nothing to the location of them on the light mask) NOTE: *you have a window of 1-3 days to return your item by the date the label was issued.* This is also from their website... not helpful when they respond after that time period and your item has already been sent back. I reported them to the BBB and I'm sure that's why my reviews have been taken down. Good luck to any future shoppers, if you dare. I sure wouldn't!

I have always had acne, I can actually remember getting my first blackhead at the age of 8. I am now in my 30’s and my acne has not slowed down. Needless to say I have tried every anti acne product under the sun throughout the better half of my life and nothing has actually worked EXCEPT until I tried omnilux clear!! After two years of one of our daughter battling cystic acne and regular acne and blackheads with two prescription strength topicals and one **** prescription (at now 14.5 years of age) this mask (albeit expensive) has been a complete game changer.
