II need several days if not weeks to understand all the items and how to use them. The EKG print out is very good. Send to my email then convert it for date and time file name, then print it out for my records. I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE ARM CUFF. Mainly getting it tight enough and getting it in the middle of my arm. ALSO I notice sometimes the cuff causes me pain as it is working to below my arm maybe you have a suggestion on how to eliminate it. I take my reading 2 times a day. AS PER suggestion 3 times first does not count 2 and 3 do with the EKG on third try. THEN after a 30 minute workout on my treadmill I again take 3 readings as before.

It took a while and some frustration to get this connected via BlueTooth to my phone. But it works great now. I am amazed that it can provide a blood pressure reading while also doing an EKG. I am very happy with this product. Doctor recommended I purchase an Omron b/p monitor, class 3 or greater. I went to the top and am happy with this item.

Unfortunately, it doesnt connect with any phone. It stays in the pairing process, but eventually, time passes, and no connection is made. I specifically bought it because I was interested in recording the measurements on my phone and also because it can perform an electrocardiogram. I was sold a faulty product...

Overall, I like the concept of the monitor. Im not to sure of the accuracy when compared to using other machines within the same timeframe. The line is too long for me/could've been shorter. Have to sit too far away from monitor so the line can be straight as possible; but then you can't take the EKG + blood pressure at the same time. I can only do 1 at a time. This 1 doesn't talk or gives the average of 3 readings nor tell what stage of hypertension the readings are or if an irregular heartbeat was detected.
I purchased this unit because it has a EKG feature on it, which gives you a display on your phone. when I went to see my cardiologist, I took this unit with me purposely to see to compare my reading with my doctor reading.my doctors readings displayed 128 /75. and my readings on my displayed 187/88. made a call to the company. They explained to me that I must follow the instructions from the book which tells you you must be sitting on a chair upright feet flat on the floor and your arm extended and no talking . I explained to them that I did it on my recliner and they’re telling me that you can’t do it on a recliner. You have to do it on a hard surface chair, which makes no sense to me. There is no support from the company. App has frozen, been deleted and reinstalled on two separate phones. Still frozen. Multiple attempts to contact company have failed. If you need this to take EKGs know it won't work without the app. Good product, but terrible service and communication. Avoid.

I suspect bluetooth does not have the data transfer rate required but why cant you record on device and transfer the data after via bluetooth? 5) why on earth are you using a bluetooth button on your hardware as an "accept" button for everything this is incredibly counter intuitive to any one whous not an apple user. The omron complete is rediculous to do anything you have to press start which runs the pump and tries to take blood pressure, the platinum at least has arrow buttons but you need a dedicated "accept" or "ok" button. 5) why do you bury the add/remove device in blood pressure monitoring. It should be in the root of settings like everything else in the world. Perhaps settings->device management (again this was not in manual i had to go to your website and dig into frequently asked questions. Hint frequently asked questions are frequent because you have not addressed in manual or your device is counter intuitive 6) having to give you my address just to contact you is disturbing, fortunately you do not require my social security number. please dont send me more junk mail. 7) if i dont recieve a solution to Kardio connect in 1 week i am returning all this garbage and purchasing chinese products, i have equally low expectations but at least it will cost less and there wont be the obvious upsell "premium" contract motive in the background.
