It wasn't the most expensive and it wasn't the cheapest model available, I also like the the zip-up carry case it comes in for storing when not in use, but the main reason I bought this Omron unit is because the cuff wraps up to 42 cm. The model I bought this unit to replace was always coming up short. So if cuff length is important to you I would recommend buying this model. My doctor also uses this brand so if it's good enough for him to use it's good enough for me.

I bought the Omron as its what my medical clinic uses. Extremely easy to use and setup, and has indicators to show if blood pressure is in acceptable limits, or is high. Quality of the unit is A+, and I recommend it to everyone needing a BP monitor. The cuff size supplied fits me comfortably, BUT if you are a female try to get the smaller cuff.

Bought this machine recently as a replacement for my old Omron BP machine.I suffer from high blood pressure and must regularly take home readings to supply to my doctor. The HEM7320 is great- very easy to use, especially with the easy wrap cuff.This cuff also can fit lager mens muscular arms that some models do not- handy for checking my husbands BP.

I bought this product on the advice of my GP. It is an excellent product, with proven accurate readings (compared with GP's monitor). It can be used by 2 people without their readings being confused, with up to 60 readings being kept. It will also average out 3 readings taken over a period of 10 minutes, which gives you a more correct reading. If you are in a private health fund, & your doctor will give you a letter explaining that you need to monitor your blood pressure, the health fund may pay for part or total cost, as was my experience.

Quality product easy to use. Super quick delivery. Some cheaper products are not accurate. Omron products are used by doctors and hospitals. Worth the little bit extra to get accurate readings.
This premium model has everything I could ask for and works very well. In addition to the usual measurements, it has a warning for arrhythmia (irregular heartbeats), as well as it tells you if you've placed the arm band incorrectly. The instructions are very good, with some background medical explanations. The arm band is much better quality than the standard models. I am told the batteries last for ages in these Omron units, so I won't bother with the adaptor. We had it up and running in no time, easy to set the date and time for the 90 memories provided.
Omron HEM 7320 is a quality product at an affordable price. A fool proof method of measuring your blood pressure. Simply wrap the easy to use (spring loaded) cuff and push the button. The unit has a large, easy to read display, with a colour indicator, to inform if your blood pressure is within acceptable limits. The unit is completely portable as it operates from supplied batteries. It comes with a carry case supplied, and a 240V adapter is available at extra cost.
I bought an Omron IA2 in 2007 and even had is checked once. Still works fine. Bought this one recently because of a few new features. Worked perfectly out of the box. Even got a mains adapter to eliminate batteries. Cuff is excellent.
This is a very easy-to-use, high-quality blood pressure testing kit which appears to give extremely accurate readings when compared to results from the kit my doctor uses. Features include automatic cuff inflation/deflation, a warning light if the cuff is not secured properly or firmly enough, a memory which holds the last ten readings, and a feature which will average out the last three readings (if taken within a ten-minute period). The product comes in a durable carrying case and the manual provided is very well presented and easy to understand. High standard of manufacture and reliability all round.
