Pads do not stick into the skin as when being used. Could not be used for more than 8 times. I think the gum is not properly pasted onto the pads. Therefore, I need 2 replacement pads free of charge immediately as this is being used to treat numbness in my legs.

Great little machine with a lot of power and options. It works just as well as the treaents I used to get at my chiropractor ofc. Worked out my back pain and spasms multiple times and is portable so you can use it while youre out and about. Also has replacement pads that were easy to order, if needed. So glad I purchased this machine!

As a retired RN, I was more than hesitant to try this product, my husband bought it for me because I suffer from chronic pain. I have used it on my back, my hip, my sciatic nerve, my deltoid, my upper arm, and my elbow. I have to adjust the strength depending upon the area but I have not been disappointed. I have found that when nothing ELSE helps my back, this stops the pain. I had my husband use it for back pain and he was astounded at how well it worked.I would absolutely recommend this device to someone with pain. It is imperative that you follow directions but I believe it is a great over the counter product.
Works very well I just need something a little more powerful tens unit then what this oafs goes to. Very good quality. Pads.
I agree with TinaGA's review. The pads are the weakest part of this design and the cost of the borders on prohibitive considering that they cost almost as must and the control unit.Would I not buy this product because of that? Hardly! The unit and technology itself works just like a professional device at the doctor's office but without all of the bells and whistles. It does work as advertised.What I'd like to see in the very near future from Omron? Either a reduction in the cost of the replacement pads, the unit shipped with 2 sets of pads so that while one set is drying the other set can be used or low-cost disposable pads.As previously stated the system is great but the pads are with weakest part of the design. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again!
These pads are the exact replacement pads for that TENS device and are identical to the ones included with it. Excellent replacement pads. Have always been satisfied with Omron equipment.Just be sure to put the plastic covers on the pads when you're finished using them to maintain the stickiness as long as possible
These are to replace the Omron pads we currently have. We have not used them as yet, but they are the same size as our original ones. I preferred to get the Omron pads instead of a generic brand of pads. These were a great price.
I attempted to use my TENS system to alleviate back pain when playing golf. It worked pretty well until the adhesive gel on the pads softened due to heat and perspiration, which limited the usefulness of the system for that purpose. As long as your skin stays relatively cool and dry this should not be a problem, but it helps if you raise the pads and store them according to the instruction sheet after each use.I have tried both the OMRON and Smart Relief TENS systems and each has its advantages. The wires from the OMRON system make it a bit more complicated to apply, but I like the fact that you can see the controls. The Smart Relief system is easier to apply, but sometimes difficult o tell if it's turned on.
I have this unit from Omron and it is a good TIN's unit for home use for knee pain, lower back and shoulder pain. This product is hard to find now for some reason and I happily drove 30 minutes to pick it up at Bed, Bath and Beyond. They gave me an empty box. I brought it right back and they shipped it to me and gave me a nice discount for my troubles. Make sure box is still sealed when you buy before leaving the store.
