Am I at The Rack?
Nordy’s just isn’t what it used to be… by a long shot. It used to be, ya come here for quality; service and product. You pay more than other stores but it WAS worth it, now the only thing that hasn’t changed is paying more. The selection of product seems so “covid era” scarce and limited. The service is a disaster, practically the opposite of what it was. Now it’s kids that look like they just rolled out of bed that is if you can confirm they actually work there, unless you have the time and patience to getting around to identify themselves let alone actually help you. Too bad.... Show more

Arrived used On Cloud
This is my second pair of these tennis shoes. The first was more for running/walking on pavement whereas these are supposed to be for training. Truly disappointing to pay >$158 for tennis shoes and they arrive dirty/worn looking on the bottom/worn, not wrapped nicely even with laces all askew. I did try on as I was desperate for the shoe and the section which meets the heel below it has a longer dip so the ankledid seem to run against it. They are back in the box “as is”to be returned. Truly Nordstrom, you can do better. Someone mailed these and didn’t even try, or maybe they did and that’s the surprise.... Show more

Bad experience from Bloomies
I was super excited when I saw the package delivered. I opened it...still excited but when I looked at the box, it was the wrong size (ordered 8 and came in 7) and opened the box and it was the wrong color. This is so disappointing. Bloomington does not do "Exchange"...the process is you return the item then order and pay for the "replacement" item. Guess what? I am returning the shoes tomorrow but when I went back to order what I had originally ordered, they no longer had the same item. I am super mad, super mad...not a happy camper, not at all. How could this go so wrong? Wrong size and wrong color?? Are you kidding me? If I could rate zero, I would rate zero for not getting the order accurately picked.I now need to make a trip to the UPS store, drop off and wait ... Disappointing!
My wife and I have been wearing the On Cloud X since the first version of the shoe. We’ve lived in these shoes since we discovered them. However, this third generation is the end of the road for us. It was beyond disappointing putting these shoes on. The sides are too high and rub against the bottom of our ankles (seems to be a common complaint) and the shoe itself feels cheaply made compared to our previous versions. It’s a bummer for sure, but we’ll be taking our business to companies like Topo and Altra. So long, On, it was great while it lasted!... Show more

good
I do like these shoes, they are very comfortable. The only thing about the fit is how rigid the top edge is, and when my ankles bend, I feel it dig into the ankle. It hasn't caused any blisters or anything, it is mild contact but I do notice it. If it weren't for that I would consider getting a 2nd pair, possibly in black so they don't look dirty as fast. I'm going to wear them a bit longer to see if this becomes less noticeable though.I got white, and they are getting dirty so fast. I cleaned them with a soapy wet rag and got them to look almost fresh again, and they dried fully overnight with a fan on them which was great. I'm not sure about the soles, we'll see how long they last as they have the holes in them; also they gather rocks and grass which is kind of ... MoreI do like these shoes, they are very comfortable. I'm curious to take a closer look at other models from this brand now that I know about them.... Show more

Neutral Road Runners
I wore them on a 2 mile walk thinking they needed to be broken in. To my surprise they were really comfortable. I did have to get half a size up than my usual size, and I think because of that they fit great with no chaffing of the ankles of bridge.I ran 3 miles with them the next morning and I usually run with Brooks Neutral Adrenaline running shoes. These were my favorite. My left foot is slightly more supinated than my neutral right foot, which causes my left knee to struggle on inclines or declines, and with these shoes, it was not the case.Needless to say, these are my new favorite, with the 2nd pair on its way.... Perfect gym buddy
These training shoes are amazing! They are comfortable and very flexible. The flexibility is what makes them so awesome ! I can barely wrap my head around the fact that they are so flexible and yet give support at the same time . Any gym girl needs these ! Perfect for HITT routines and for weight training too ! Oh , I must also mention that the toe box is roomy and that is important for stability! Who wants their toes crunched when you’re balancing with weighted lunges ..etc… ! Just a perfect training shoe for me !... Show more

Slender, Neat Looking, and Comfortable
I'm not a big fan of tennis or athletic shoes or whatever they’re called these days. However, after several foot surgeries, I must look for more comfortable shoes. These are very comfortable, and they look good with jeans, slacks, or even a skirt. I purchased white with black trim and laces. They're pretty stylish, at least more than the average athletic shoe, and slim and not bulky. I bought a size nine (9). My toes have ample room to spread out. These are my go-to walking shoes. But they're too cute for my out door exercise walking. I got these for my casual dress walking shoes.... Show more

Stylish and light, every day shoe.
Cute cross training shoe! My first pair of On shoes. I have narrow heel and wider toe box (slight bunions) and a number of running-related injuries so I am always nervous about trying new brand of shoes. Saucony and Brooks have been my go to brands of late (asics and nike are just too narrow unless I opt for the wide sizes). I also prefer very breathable uppers as I stand/walk all day at work in healthcare. Got these for cross training and work and they have been great! My feet feel stable and they have just the right balance between support and firmness for walking. Great grip on slippery surfaces too. I woud not run more than a mile in these since they don't have that kind of cushioning but they are great for every day, especially if you walk alot.... Show more

Too expensive for the poor quality
I don't know how ON charges what they do for shoes that can't make it to one month of use. I'm recovering from injuries and bought these shoes because they didn't hurt my feet. 2 to 5 miles of walking per day on a sidewalk and the bottom heels are already worn out. I could get the same low quality from a big box retailer at a fraction of the price. And don't get me started about the acorns and rocks getting stuck in the grooves. From the reviews, it sounds like these shoes work best for people working inside. If you plan to use these for daily outside walks, take a pass. Too expensive for the poor quality. I'll be returning.... Show more
