These I recommend for the gym and the gym alone. I weight train and they are so so stable. There’s no cushion in this shoe, it’s very firm which is perfect for lifting. I was worried that they would be too soft to lift in but they’re not they’re very stabilizing. I’ve tried walking very long distances in these and they’re definitely not made for walking, they made my feet hurt. ON did a very good job on designing them for the gym alone (basically just lifting). I wouldn’t recommend these for walking or running but they’re great for lifting! And the best part is they have a wide toe box.

This is my first pair of On shoes and I really like this pair. They work great for running and working out at the gym. I am a true size 9 and that is the size I purchased and they fit great. I also have narrow feet so am glad that this brand fits. Totally recommend!

Love the color! I walk on the outside of my foot, it definitely keepS your ankle from rolling. I haven’t worn it for long, I purchased to work. The shoe doesn’t feel like there’s much cushion for long running or walking.

I just bought these shoes for training. I love the color and the comfort. Get them before they are sold out .I have so many Oncloud shoes and love them all.
I tried 6 different styles of ON sneakers at once. I have wide feet and need space in the toe box because of Morton’s Neuroma. I also have extremely high arches.So, these were difficult for me to get on. I had to use the pull tab at the heel to get them on. By the time I crammed my feet in the shoes, my socks were pulling my toes under. The width was accurate for me (ordered a 10W). When walking around, the shoe rubbed up under my ankle bones, which was a definite no go for me. In addition, the shoe strings were thin and didn’t feel like they would hold over time. None of the other 5 pairs had thin shoe strings like this. All of these issues made it clear that these weren’t the sneakers for me.
I purchased these for walking. Short distances like 1-3 miles. I will also wear to the gym from time to time.I like the stable heel and the drop. And the toe box is a snugger fit than the Cloudmonster, I like that. They feel sturdy and higher drop than my Cloudnova that I have for travel. Will keep these initially for walking or gym, but probably eventually will use for travel or everyday wear. So far I love them and happy with my purchase.
Light weight, comfortable and stylish shoes. They give me the support that I need for walking and fit comfortably on my feet. This is the second pair I have purchased and would definitely recommend them.
I bought The cloud nova x for aerobics and they are great in the gym. I bought the white, orange pink. Give them a try before they sell out

I love on clouds and had last years version of these and ordered new as I work from home and they are my daily shoes. These have zero cushion and bounce I was so sad and returned and now trying to find a good replacement.
