I bought my second pair of OC shoes and noticed a loud click or pop when I turned or pivoted to the left. It took 2 days before I realized that the noise was coming from deep inside the sole. It's very loud when walking in a quiet office. I went to Dicks and they simply said they could not help me to go through the OC online return process. I found out that I had to use the warranty section which requires a lot of time, patience and pictures to complete. The store was zero help and acted nonchalant. Will not buy this brand of shoe again nor shop in Dicks. Super disappointed.

I decided to give these a try due to its description and more fashionable look. They are not nearly as sturdy or solid as the Gaviota. They are fine for shorter walks. They are fun to wear with summer outfits. Your feet will feel tired and achy if using these shoes for touring, walking long distances, or having to stand on feet for extended periods. I will be switching back to the Gaviotas for fitness walks and active vacations.

I loved these shoes the moment I tried them on. They fit perfectly, had great support and cushioning. Until they started to squeak. I've searched the Internet about this issue, and it's a big problem. The solution offered... Emery board each hole of the sole.. didn't work for me. I'm so disappointed. $150 is a lot to pay for annoying, squeaky shoes. Be sure to Google this before your purchase. Try a different brand.

I really wanted to love my On Cloud shoes. They’re comfortable and look great, but there’s one big issue I can’t ignore: the squeak. These shoes squeak so much, it’s almost impossible to go anywhere quietly! Every step feels like it’s broadcasting to the world that I’ve arrived. If you don’t believe me, just do a quick search for “On Cloud squeak” on TikTok, and you’ll see countless examples of people dealing with the same problem. I even reached out to On Cloud support twice, and both times they said that squeaks can be caused by a variety of factors and are ultimately beyond their control. For the price, I expected better. I have been an Asics customer for a long time. In the last couple of years, Asics Kayanos have become too soft....not enough support. I gave On Women's Cloudrunner 2 running shoes a try and I never looked back!! The Clouds have been a game changer for my exercise because they are a great combination of cushion and support! They are a little more stiff, but that is what makes them an awesome running shoe! True to size.
I typically wear shoes that are wide or have a wider, more natural foot shaped toe box. These are not like that. I did not get the wide option for these shoes. My toes felt like they were pushing up against the sides. It wasn't uncomfortable but I prefer a wider toe box when walking, running, and working out.Despite that, these shoes are very comfy. I wore them to work where I stand and walk a lot. Great cushion for all day wear. If you have wide feet, consider getting the wide option or maybe some Altras (my current fave). If you wear a standard size shoe, the On Women's Cloudrunner 2 is a fabulous option.Beside the width, the 9.5 was a perfect fit. I typically wear a 9.5 shoe.
These are a nice, well-designed shoe that offer so much cushion! I took these out on a walk around a 3-mile trail and noticed a few things. Note that I have narrow feet with high arches and tested these out without my arch support inserts.I immediately noticed that the shoes were slightly slipping off of my heals, my arches were aching (which is a sign to me that it doesn't have the best support), and my feet weren’t snug and secure inside the shoes.I decided to tie a heel lock to see if this would help and it did slightly. I love the design, color, details, and overall feeling of the shoe. Sadly, they just aren’t for my narrow foot structure and that is okay! I recommend trying on a pair before you buy if you do have narrow feet.
I am an olderwoman living along the front range in Colorado. I gave these shoes a 3 even though I eventually gave up on them a week ago. I wore them daily from when i received them until my feet couldn't handle them anymore. The shoes just never fit right.I tried every type of sock known, including extra thick wool. And i also tried tightening the laces as tight as they would go. They weren't exactly too big as they fit fine everywhere but in the heel. They are also a bit bouncy for my tastes. I walk/run daily, at least an hour. After 3 weeks I had constant cramps in my feet. Probably from curling my toes to keep the shoes on. I gave these a three because they might be okay if you could get them to fit! They ARE nice looking shoes. BTW, I am a standard size 7 so ... MoreI am an olderwoman living along the front range in Colorado. I gave these shoes a 3 even though I eventually gave up on them a week ago. I tried On Womens Cloudrunner 2 Running Sneakers in store recently. Had never worn/tried On sneakers before, but a friend recommended that I check them out. I've always had an issue with a lot of sneakers pressing or pinching my pinky toes, so was pleasantly surprised that these were very comfortable the moment I stepped into them. Also, the cushioning along the soles of these On Womens Cloudrunner 2 Running Sneakers and the "drop" (heel to toe) felt perfectly balanced--cushioned, but supportive. This style is described as being a neutral-stability sneaker, and I found that to be an accurate description.PS I was so impressed by the fit and feel of these, that I walked out of the store with three pairs, and another color ordered by the sales associate! I am a casual runner and primarily run in my neighborhood and on local paved paths, so cushion is really important to me in running shoes. I've been nursing an unrelated minor knee injury for a while that still causes some stiffness and pain at times. I put these shoes on out of the box and was immediately able to run without pain for the first time in months. They live up to their name - like running on clouds! Super cushioned but not so large they get in the way. I found them true to size and a great amount of support for my slightly flat arches. Love that they look neutral too. The laces stay tied no problem and the tongue doesn't get in the way or slide to the side for me. My first pair of shoes from On but likely not my last!
