Really like the look and fit of the shoe. Purchased on 05Dec2023 but just today one of the laces eyelets tore through. Less than a month old and not even worn everyday. Submitted a warranty claim through On so will see how well they stand behind their product. Really disappointed that it is having this issue.

Had less then 2 months and i do not wear these every day. Developed a loud squeak coming from the heal area only on both shoes. You can hear me from 20 ft away no joke. Filled a warranty claim and denied. First pair and will be the last!

These Cloud Vista Trail shoes are amazing. They are great looking, ultra light, extra comfortable, and the uppers are nearly transparent. Probably not designed for using in wet/rainy conditions. But other than that, these are the ideal trail or walking shoes. I highly recommend
Unfortunately, these shoes did not work out for me. They look great, and I am sure the waterproofing is pretty good, materials quality is great as well; however, they are extremely uncomfortable on the ankles and I would suggest trying them on before buying. I bought them online on sale and cannot return them.
These shoes are absolutely terrible. The upper is 2-layer mesh, which makes them breathable, but also means dirt immediately gets trapped and no amount of washing will get them clean. After the first trail run these white shoes were brown from dirt. Then there’s the comfort. First, the band across the top of the foot, over the tongue, is far too tight. Also, even with the band across the foot they don’t lace high enough to lock in your heels properly. Combine that with the oddly-padded rear support covered in a slick leatherette-like material, and you get a shoe that fits like a floppy slipper and the rear end rubs blisters after any serious usage.
Fantastic. They're very comfortable, light and very good quality. Easy to clean as they're water resistant! Perfect for runs and walks outdoors.
I love On shoes. This is the 8th pair I've bought. Usually able to take a pair out of the box and can take them on a long run. Unfortunately these feature a very stiff outer next to the tongue, so stiff they actively hurt the outside of my ankle. This might fade as they break in, but I've never experienced anything like it in a running shoe before. If I'd not already worn them outside I'd be sending them back!
I love the color options for this model and the comfort is better the other On shoes. There is more flexibility in the sole and give a little more bounce for your step. They are sturdy with enough support to walk on uneven ground and exercise, too. It’s a winner!!
Got them out of the box, packed in suitcase and was forced to wear them for 10 excruciating miles at Disneyland. Due to my poor planning on shoes, I was stuck wearing these from 7am - 11 pm. I’ve seen so many people wear this particular model. Albeit a good looking shoe they provide zero cushion, zero support and zero comfort. My ankles and knees have been in pain for two days after wearing these. These run narrow compared to other models and nowhere near as comfortable as the ON running shoe. Complete garbage. They are going back. I’d wear a pair of flip flops before I’d wear these again, as they are far more supportive and comfortable. Terrible shoe.
