sneakers not squeakers

I bought these shoes and I love the look and the fit, great shoes for the most part. Day 2 wearing them the insole starts to squeak becuase it is rubbing on the shoes everytime
I step. When I contacted Finish line about my issue you they had no interest in helping me solve this problem and told me they do not take back worn shoes. I would
recommend buying from this shoe store becuase once those shoes are on your feet you are out of luck if anything is wrong with them. I paid too much money to sound like a
duck walking down the street.

I bought my CloudNova's a month ago and initially they were very comfortable. I walk two miles a day in them and they have broken down on the inside and the tread is worn starting on week two of ownership. I placed a warranty claim with On since these shoes should have lasted more than one month with minimal use but they came back and said my shoes have exceeding their lifespan after only one month and is not covered by the warranty. This is not a company that stands by their shoes and has horrible customer service. You can't talk to a person in the warranty department. I would highly advise buying a different shoe that is worth the money because these are dollar store quality at a designer price. I will never own another pair and suggest that you don't either. ... After hours of searching for the shoes my daughter was wanting, Finish Line was just about the only store we could find them in stock at. Finding certain styles and sizes and On Cloud shoes seems to be pretty difficult lately, so we were very happy to find the ones she wanted on the Finish Line site. We jumped on ordering them, and they arrived at our door just a few days later. I was very pleased with the ordering process and quick shipping. The shoes look great and fit her perfectly. Thanks to Finish Line, my daughter got the shoes wanted in time for back to school!

This shoe was a Christmas present for a grand child. I came from the older generation where you didnt have a choice as these children do now. However i bit the dust n bought these for her. When she got them they where the perfect one. She said bb try my shoe on. Oh my gracious. I have never put my foot in anything that was so comfortable. The shoe is very stylish as well as comfortable. She is a very active child n needs what this shoe is capable of doin. I told my children i have a birthday comin up soon and i want a pair just like those only in a size larger. Yes i will recommend your product to others.Not only the shoe but the time frame of ordering the shoe n receiving them was spectaculous. Thank you for making me have a happy grandchild n i was one happy bb

I've been waiting to purchase these sneakers for months (specifically this color) and am so happy I finally got my hands on a pair. Not only are these sneakers cute, the performance is incredible for any activity. I'm a runner and can tell the difference in my performance wearing these sneakers (I'm not a better athlete, but I'm way more comfortable when working out). My only comment would be that the top of the sneaker feels tight on my foot, and sometimes leaves marks - which is totally not a huge issue / not enough to cause discomfort. 10/10 would recommend and will be purchasing again.

I would not recommend these sneakers. I bought them a month ago, and within 3 days of wearing the white color became yellow though I never wore them outside, only at the gym. I tried to wash them , they became even more yellow. Plus the right sneaker was extremely tight. I couldn't return them back because no one believed me, that shoes became that disgusting dirty yellow color by themselves and I never wore them outside, I even didn't work out in them, as a fitness trainer I was just wearing them at the gym. So it is a disappointment

I absolutely love these shoes. OnCloud is the best way to describe them. From the amazing arch support to the super light material, the shoe really does make you feel like you're on a cloud. Not to mention, the design has no flaws! The laces, the different materials used and the Switz flag on the back are the silver lining making these a shoe I hope to repurchase in other colors and other styles!

I wear these runners for the gym and often during the day running errands. They are quite comfortable with supportive inner cushions. Having a high arch, I can walk in these all day and my feet do not hurt. The tension on the top is adjustable to accommodate foot expansion due to hotter weather or spending time on your feet.These shoes a light weight and the fabric allows air flow, so they are keep your feet cool.
