On Running Cloudflyer Womens Running Shoes A balanced performer, the On Running Cloudflyer Women's Running Shoes amalgamate several sophisticated attributes and excellent attention to detail. From the casual midweek club run all the way through to the most demanding of races, the Cloudflyer helps any athlete to achieve lofty levels of fitness. The CloudTec sole is realised in a lightweight and plush Helion Superfoam. This composition is arranged into twelve large “Cloud’ elements that cushion independently in any plane of movement. Once compressed, these Cloud nodules spring back to energise every stride and increase running efficiency significantly. The natural motion of the foot, as it rolls from heel to toe when running, is supported by the ergonomic curve of the sole. At the same time, the wider forefoot shape disperses shock evenly to reduce fatigue. The outsole comprises low abrasion pads that are grippy to increase stride confidence, even when the roads are wet. A mesh upper is highly breathable and is formed into a stability tube construction that supports the midfoot. This security is supplemented by the plushly padded tongue and Star lacing system that combine to even the pressure across the foot for a more comfortable running experience.

This was my first time to purchase On shoes, and have been wanting to try for a while. I'm an older, slower runner/jogger, and have been wearing Hokas for a few years. My first run in these felt strange and my right arch got sore, but second run I started to really like them. Not so cushioned that you can't feel the road but still enough support in the mid foot strike area that my legs/knees were not sore. The push off from the forefoot feels good. I don't mind the skinny laces; not sure why people were concerned about that. I think its a really cool looking shoe too.

First of all, shipping was super fast, which I really appreciated. I wore a 6.5 consistently in Nike and Aldo shoes for size reference. I will not be going back to Nike for running however, as On is truly a great running shoe. My first pair was the Cloud X - initially bought in size 6 but toes just hit front of shoe so purchased the 6.5. Initially I felt I had too much room but they became my go-to sneaker for running, walking and travelling. These Cloud Flyer's I just purchased, read reviews saying size up. However, because I felt my 6.5 in the X was roomy, I stuck to 6.5 and the Cloudflyer fits me perfect! I love them! Not as light as the X, but lighter than my Nike's or NB in the past. I can't review whether true to size or not as for me, they were true to size.

These are my second pair of cloudflyer's and I absolutely love them. Great shoe for short and long distances. They handle, wet footpaths, gravel roads and grass really well. The shoe is breathable and well made. These are now my favourite road shoe. Size is true to fit. The only fault on them is the laces. They are quite thin but you get used to them very quickly and it doesn't effect how tight you can tie them

Clunky and heavy
18 March 2023

Bought a pair because they were comfortable at the store. After taking them out for a spin I discovered some things I didn’t like. The big gaps underneath caused debris to get picked up, small rocks, that I had to stop and remove. The shoe itself is heavier than other running shoes— I did like the sturdiness of the sole though. I found my heel striking more often due to the large heel and it was hard to avoid. I wouldn’t recommend for running but perhaps walking around town as a slick looking shoe. And a little pricy.

Fantastic shoes

This is my first pair of Ons and I am not disappointed. They are high quality shoes, ethically made. I trust this brand, which is also eco-friendly. Great support for the feet when running or working out at the gym. Lovely design too. Highly recommend- I did go one full size up as I like a little extra space when I run. If I didn't like a little extra space, I'd have felt comfortable also going 0.5 sized up.

Great Shoes!!!!
2 June 2022

I'm an avid runner. I run 5K-10K - 5 days out of the week. Great for treadmill running and outdoor! I used to only wear Mizuno Wave Inspire for many years. They changed the style of that shoe and I made the switch to these and these shoes are even BETTER!!!! I am very happy with my purchase and will be going with this brand moving forward!! I never worried about how a shoe looked as long as they felt great but it's a bonus that they look super cute on too!!! :) Great support and are light weight.

Incredible shoes!!
1 September 2022

I’ve had 3 foot surgeries is 2 years and was finding that my tried and true favourite runners were no longer working for me. My surgeon recommended this model and wow! They are truly like walking on a cloud!! So supportive but very lightweight! Super stylish - I get so many complements! And honestly not expensive given that big name fashion runners that are not the same quality! Have already ordered more!!

On Lover - try on before buying
13 March 2023

If you have been running in On's and loved them (like me), be warned, the 4 is different from previous versions. I'd recommend trying them on before buying to make sure the fit still works.I've been running in the CloudFlyer's for years. I bought the 4's in the same size that I have worn for years. On my first run, two issues stuck out.1. The shoe hits my ankle bone which was a major annoyance on even a short run. I compared the height to the 3s and On has added height to the 4's which is why it's hitting my ankle bone in this version but not the others.2. The toe box feels tighter and my toes were hitting the end when I haven't experienced that with other 7 1/2s (over the last 10 years of wearing this brand). Hoping the toe box will stretch a bit.I stand by and recommend this shoe brand but will make sure to try on new versions in case the changes don't work with my foot (next time).

So far so good
8 April 2022

I had been looking at these shoes for a while. I am normally a size 8, but with some reviews I ordered an 8.5 as I do have a wide foot. I ended up returning them for an 8. They 8 fit perfectly. I wore them to work on my feet an entire day the first day and they were great. The next time k went to wear them I felt they were a little hard in the bottom of the heel, so I am going to try to break them in a little more slowly. That being said, I do have a history of plantar fasciitis so I should have done this in the first place. I think they will end up being just fine. I get a lot of compliments on them!! The look is a nice cross between a true runner and an everyday runner.

The best Jogger Ever!
30 November 2022

To look at this shoe on the stand, I wouldn’t have even considered it (purely looks). But due to the staff at the Batemans Bay store, asking me questions to qualify my needs, doing the walk test in their ‘machine’ I was recommended to try them along with two other possible choices based on my foot scan.Let me just say that the other two choices were much ‘prettier’ but the level of comfort experienced with the On Cloudflyer was next level. So happy that I was given that opportunity to see the difference. They are insanely comfortable!
