I have these in the Cloudventure (not waterproof) and the new shoe is much better than old version (the original). The new sole construction is a lot sturdier and balanced. The front end of these shoes feels quite a bit different (not bad) compared to the Cloudventure, which is probably the WP materials. Just make sure you size up on these - I had to go up a full one size from my normal On Running size.

Really like the styling of these trainers and the fact they are waterproof. Stood up very well to a muddy run and the traction was good. Definitely advise to go up a size as they are quite narrow but overall really pleased.
I am a size 5, but bought these a size larger because I was told that they come up small. The size 6 were too small, so I ordered a size 6.5 which just doesn't not fit. They are too long and hurt my ankle. Sending back. Shame not stocked in store as I could have saved postage cost. Quality great. Design good. Very pricey though.
These are my first trail runners so I can’t really compare to other trail running shoes but I can tell these are the most comfortable shoes I ever worn. The grip on them is absolutely amazing. I have been hiking around Snowdonia mountains and these shoes kept me safe and painless. I 100% recommend sizing up, I ordered my size 6UK and had to return in for a size 7UK which are just perfect. The customer service at Sigma Sports is also excellent so I’m very satisfied with my purchase.
Loved everything about this product except the width. Sadly, I had to return them because of that.
Unfortunately I didn't get to try them out had to send back as they were too small shame looked like a sturdy pair of walking shoes,
Love OnCloud trainers anyway, but decided to invest in the Cloudventure Waterproof as I was doing more trail running rather than road! Went a size up as recommended as they come up smaller and sizing was perfect. They were comfortable right from the start and my first run in them was on a rainy day, which tested the waterproofness of them perfectly! No sliding around on the muddy trails and feet remained dry! Great trainers!
I do not us On shoes for running long distances. I bought these waterproof shoes more for waterproof factor and I like On shoes for wearing regularly for days of kids sports. My feet stay dry walking through wet grass or parking lots of snow and rain. I don’t think these are quit as breathable as I hoped, but they are pretty good for a waterproof shoe. My main issue is that the seem around the toe has loosened in multiple places and I have glued it back down. I have had them for 6 months and worn them many times.
