Best sneakers for bunion.

These are my second Cloudnovas and they are the best sneakers. I usually replace insoles with better ones for my other shoes due to bunions, but with Cloudnovas, I don’t
have to. I was able to walk 60 miles without any problem. I tried other walking or running shoes but had to return them all due to discomfort from either too high arch or lack
of support. These are best shoes for work, walking and trips. Just bought my third pair in white!!

I was a bit nervous when buying these. I had been told that if you like hokas, you won’t like on clouds, and I love my hokas. However I wanted to try the on clouds because I
was searching for a sleeker shoe for work (clinic) but that would still give me support and not hurt my feet. I absolutely LOVE these shoes. They are my daily wearers now. The
arch support in these things is insane. They aren’t as “cushiony” as my hokas, but for the look and the support of the ons, I will sacrifice the cushion! They are incredible
shoes. You do have to break them in, but even right away they didn’t hurt my feet or legs! I put 6 miles on them yhe very first day, and they were great! Sizing, I’... Show more

On a whim, because many friends have the Cloud sneakers, I thought I would try a pair and thought I would be returning them. No, not returning them. These are a tad wide in
the toe box, but they offer so much support, so much comfort, excellent arch support, solid and stable soles. If you need comfort and have an active lifestyle, get these, get
them now. On any given day, I do in excess of 10,000 steps and at the end of the day, no fatigue, no discomfort...sort of like a good pair of slippers. Time will tell if they hold
up to my abuse, but right now these are as close to the perfect sneaker I have ever had.

For these shoes I would say they are true to size. HOWEVER, I like my shoes snug. Toes are close to the front, but not touching. There is not a large gap between my toe and the front. SO, if you’re a runner, or like more space, I would size up. For daily walking and wearing, and you like your shoe to feel like it fits like a glove, get your normal size! Hope this helps!... Laces are HORRENDOUS DO NOT BUY
25 February 2024
If you like spending money on a horrible purchase this is the way to go. I’ve had the shoes for 4 days and have wore them 2days for everyday light walking. This wasn’t a strenuous activity. The lace just popped off and they are unlace-able now. I have always been a nike girl but notice they last about a year or two now. I had higher expectations with a newer brand but this was horrible not even lasting 4 days. I do think it could have been to negligence on the packaging and the delivery as there was a hole in the box. Overall will never be ordering from Dicks and never purchasing an ONCLOUD shoe they are not durable for any type of activity.... Show more

Not very comfy over time
9 March 2024
Let me say I absolutely love my OnCloudX training shoes and have them in 7 different colors. Zero issues with them whatsoever. I figured I’d try the Novas just for walking around in at work, unfortunately after only a few hours the bottoms of my feet hurt so much, I couldn’t wait to get home and remove them. They seemed so comforting for about 20 minutes though. Maybe they work for some people, but definitely not for me. I’m sticking with my On Cloud X training shoe's for workouts, and Olu Kai and Vionics for walking around in.... Show more

Still on the fence
31 July 2024
I needed a comfy shoe for work being on my feet all day. I ordered 1/2 a size up so I could add my orthotic. The fit feels great. I gotta say though not that attractive. The width of the shoe is very large. I had to recheck to make sure I didn’t order a Men’s shoe. It’s just not attractive so I’m weighing if comfort and ugliness are ok for work. I’ll wear them around the house and see but I bet I return them because my feet look HUGE and FAT and that’s not a good look.... Show more

TIGHT band on top
14 June 2024
I had really high hopes for these shoes but I was sadly disappointed. The band on the top of the shoes has absolutely no give/stretch. After 10 min of wearing them my feet were numb. I took the shoes off and my toes on both feet were white from it cutting off the circulation. I’m not even kidding! These shoes are super cute and I was bummed that I had to return them. I don’t understand why they would make it so tight right there with no option to adjust. Hopefully the next design is better.... Show more

too tight across top of foot
10 December 2023
I am a true 8.5 but unfortunately the top of the shoe was so constrictive I needed to return. Even with my thinnest sock, the tops of my foot turned red and bruised just from wearing them around the house. I am going to try a 9 and hope for the best, but upon reading other reviews, it sounds like the tight band across the arch stays consistent despite sizing up. I have very high arches, which is likely why they do not work for me. huge bummer! they are really beautiful shoes... Show more

Very narrow
21 March 2024
I love love these shoes. They are way cute. Unfortunately they are EXTREMELY NARROW. Length wise they are true to size but they are very narrow. None of the other shoes I own are wide. I am a regular size. Always have been, but these shoes really squeeze the middle of my foot. Will return sadly. I tried breaking them in for days and nothing (i wrapped the shoe in plastic bags). The shoe kept leaving marks on the top of my foot.... Show more

Worn, used shoes
28 September 2024
To clarify, this review isn’t about the Novas in general. I’ve had a pair of the first gen Novas, and wore them out from how much I wore them. This review is about the pair I received.I ordered a pair of the Novas in phantom black, and honestly thought I lucked out finding them in the last pair in my size at Dick’s. When I got the shoes, one of the shoelace loops was broken. It also seemed like the shoes had been worn before because there was some discoloration, scuffing, uneven wear, and dirt on the soles of the shoes.I’m still deciding if I want to keep them or return them. It’s a tough call because OnCloud doesn’t make this version of the Novas anymore, it’s hard to find them in phantom black in my size, and I prefer the design of the first gen Novas over ... MoreTo clarify, this review isn’t about the Novas in general.
