I have owned several OnePlus models in the past, including the One, Three, Six, and 7T Pro. Currently, I have the OnePlus Eleven. I did consider trying the Google Pixel 7 Pro, but when it arrived, it felt unfamiliar. The phone wobbled on its bar camera when placed face-up on the desk, which made typing with my fingers quite frustrating. Additionally, the Android system, which I presumed would be their flagship feature, seemed to be lacking something. Ultimately, after a week, I decided to return it. I'm extremely grateful that I made that choice because the OnePlus Eleven became available shortly after, and I immediately seized the opportunity. It functions flawlessly and exceeds my expectations. I'm genuinely delighted with it.

Volume and power keys stopped working within days of usage. Took it to service centre - personnel said it was because of the gum used in screen guard. They said they will contact later when the new buttons arrive. They did and when we took the phone to get the new buttons inserted, they took the phone and gave us a receipt. But a couple of minutes later, they called and said the phone has a dent and as it is physical damage, anything bad that happens to the phone during the repair won't be covered in warranty. All in all, the service personnel were dishonest, suspicious and haphazard from the start. It's like they knew the model had a buttons issue (many complaints in Amazon with similar issue) but were trying to evade the responsibility of manufacturing a ... Less is more!Everyone has different needs or expectations, but for me this is the perfect phone: best in class performance, amazing battery life and phenomenal charging speed for a great price. The biggest criticisms of this phone are the features its supposedly missing, that come standard in other flagship phones. But I would argue that that's a strength not a weakness, since I am not paying extra for features I don't need.Wireless charging for example, is a useless, slow, and inefficient gimmick that manufacturers add to get you to waste more money buying more accessories. I love that I can plug this in to the 80W charger that comes included with the phone, jump in the shower, and its fully charged by the time I'm done. Its awesome! Some other criticisms ... I love that I can plug this in to the 80W charger that comes included with the phone, jump in the shower, and its fully charged by the time I'm done. Its awesome! Some other criticisms I would like to debunk are regarding the OS and updates. Oneplus released Android 13 a month before Samsung, and is still the fastest at getting out the latest android versions (not including Google devices ofc). And while Oxygen 12 was a bit of a step back for the OS, they did a great job bouncing-back with Oxygen 13. Its still a great, simple, customizable, minimal-frills android experience. Another little thing I love about this phone that you don't see reviewers mention often, is that it has a really great haptics! It's a small detail that enhances that experience. Combined with the top-notch performance, it just makes using the phone that much more satisfying and enjoyable. You can't beat the performance of this phone for this price. Yes the Pixel has wireless charging but it also has a weaker processor and slower charging. Yes you will get some extra bells and whistles with an S23 Ultra, but you'll also pay almost twice as much. Overall this is a great choice for someone like me who just wants top-tier performance without having to pay a premium for features and extra's you don't really need.
Amazing phone. I'm a power user. Only missing a hand full of small specific things compared to Samsung and Motorola. Has a few minor bugs with some apps and Bluetouth. Fingerprint is sooo fast I'm not mad it's not on the back or side. Works through rubber gloves. Variable refresh rate is cool. Charging is a game changer. I just plug it up, forget about it for a moment, then I have enough to do w.e I need. I charge about 5 minutes mid day and 5 minutes b4 bed. Alphabet bar while scrolling apps. Micro camera lenses. Extra info in top bar. Can clone your old phone and get around the issue with discontinued apps on the app store.
This thing is sneaky good! Ok so first off if your a apple fan why are you reading this??? It's not for you. For the rest of us this is a complete device and absolutely will get phone of the year consideration. Why you ask? Simple it checks off just about every box you want covered in a modern smartphone. Is it big enough yes over 6inch screen is that screen bright and beautiful yes the display is on par with anything Sammy is offering (not including the Ultra) is the processor legit? Yes again the latest and greatest from Qualcomm is on board. Is Storage enough for my photos yes starts at 128gb but for only $100 more you can get 256gb. Is the camera better? Yes it actually is! In the past that has been the issue with OnePlus phones solid specs but mediocre camera. ... MoreThis thing is sneaky good! Ok so first off if your a apple fan why are you reading this??? In the past that has been the issue with OnePlus phones solid specs but mediocre camera. That changes this year. I have been able to capture some really good photos of back to school for my kids a new car I just bought and the romantic stuff I do with my wife once a week to make sure she won't leave me lol. Finally and what in my opinion makes this a worthy choice is THE PRICE!!! You get a phone with most of the bells and whistles you could want for almost $400-$500 LESS THAN Sammy! ( Samsung for the uninitiated). Give this phone a chance you will be pleasantly surprised as you can tell ( I hope ) I most definitely was. That's my 2¢ if you disagree I understand completely and I hope the check from Samsung clears lol.Wait I almost forgot you can charge it from zero to 100% in 30 mins!!!!
One of the worst phones ever. Bluetooth will not sync to the car audio and so one can't do voice calls in the car, through the car speaker system. WhatsApp calls on the phone are erratic. Sometimes one is able to make calls but more often than not, one can't make or receive WhatsApp calls. There is flickering of the screen. Selfie photo quality is very poor. Disappointing over all. And the "Experience" store staff at Phoenix at Lower Parel had the audacity to say all these issues are known issues. Definitely an experience :(. No solution but to change to another brand unfortunately. Looks like One Plus ended being a good phone after 9Pro.EDIT: One Plus sent a technician over and updated the software, etc. The problems are now resolved. So that's ... But basic customer service definitely needs to be fixed, because one shouldn't have to escalate the issue for it to receive attention and a remedy.
