Hi, I booked OnePlus Buds Pro 2 and the product I received is OnePlus Buds Pro 2R. This is the cheaper variant, which is not the product I actually booked. Attached product images, please reply to me for more.I would like to return the product. This is truly an unacceptable mistake. People who don't know the product with 2 variants will use it as it is.

Good earbuds with one major drawback...

I would rate them 5/5 overall because the headphones are excellent, if not for one major flaw: the auto-pause feature works extremely bad. If your earbud shifts slightly in your ear, it pauses. If you want to take off one earbud and continue listening to music with the other, it won't work, it will pause. If you're watching YouTube and you take both earbuds out and place them on the table, it first pauses, then the video continues playing, and you have to rewind.Overall, the auto-pause feature works extremely poorly, and you can only disable it on BBK phones: OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo; on other phones, there's no option to disable auto-pause. There's a petition on the official OnePlus forum asking to add this feature, dated 2020, but OnePlus hasn't responded. Hello, good morning, I had a problem with my headphones. The left side stopped working out of nowhere. I have already tried them with another cell phone and it is not recognized either. It is a pity that I like them a lot!

They're ok. Not worth this price though.

They'd be great if they were under 100.-. But at almost 200.-, they're just much (much!) better alternatives on the market. They're not super comfortable after even just 30min. They don't stay perfectly in place so I have to adjust them to keep the noise suppression working. I haven't tried running with them yet. The noise suppression is fairly good.I tried the 3 different earcup sizes, the stock one is the best but still not super comfy. I feel like my ear has to adapt to the buds instead of the opposite. The audio quality.. is really, really not good. I've played with the settings but it's 5/10 being very friendly. I'd say the audio is more 3-4/10 compared to other buds I've tried or my headset. Seamless pairing with my OnePlus Pro 10. I literally opened the case and it asked to pair them immediately - one touch of the button and I was away. I had to use the smallest of the silicone earpieces provided, but there are 3 different sizes in the package, so do not fret. I have been out running with them in, and also sent a few gym sessions without them falling out or getting uncomfortable. Music quality is insanely good, but I have noticed that it is much much quieter compared to over-ear headphones, requires about 60% volume compared to my over-ear headphones that I'll have on 40% volume. The noise cancelling seems much more superior to over-ear headphones too. ZenMode is great for studying.
