Totally unacceptable that the brand has this (I guess software related) issue with the camera. The selfie camera was working only with some 3rd-party app, the native Camera app showed a complete black screen. Rear camera even worse, there is no way to make it work, the 3rd-party app when tries to access shows "Failed to open camera. Camera may be in use by another application". After reading a bit online it seems there could be a sensor issue, so I went by with what they suggested, doing a factory reset, and this did not solve the issue. I also updated to latest official Android, with same result. As I said, unnacceptable that things like this happens in a brand new product.
Bought this as my primary computer / replacement for iPad Pro. Could not be happier! Got the keyboard for free and the stylus for half off during a sale at the OnePlus Website. Looking forward to using this for years to come!

This tablet could be great. But OnePlus is an awful company with some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. My pad arrived with a damaged power cord. I contacted the company to have it replaced. After a canned email response promising resolution in 48 hours, I've since been ghosted. 3 weeks later and 5 emails sent to the company and I have not heard a peep.In addition, I discovered today that as a cost saving measure, the One Plus Pad does not support usb-c to hdmi. In order to project the screen, you have to use wireless technology which is not available on any of the devices I need to project to.The more I explore this device, the more I feel I have been mislead about its capabilities. It is very good for daily use, the screen quality is very very good for this price. With a 50 euro difference, I didn't want to buy an ipad with a bad screen. The free world that Android gives is an extra plus. I recommend it
