Onest Thermosleep 30 Serve / Lemonade

First Review is mine. I don't do well at nightime; Nighttime is the perfect time for me to think about all the stuff I don't need to think about it. Sometimes I wake, and actually get upset as it is so ******. I'm not alone I'm sure.One sleep cycle of 3 hours is usual for me. So I find that both with OxySleep and this Thermosleep I don't wake up after 3 but 6 hours (2 sleep cycles). I get up, let the dog have a wee, drink some water, and can usually sneak another hour or two. Perfect!Whether the thermogenic compound works I'm unsure about. My best guess is that is helps keep metabolism higher, heats you up a tiny bit, so it makes a difference - albeit a very small one. For me, 1 or two in evening OK.None of the flavours are delightful, (Oxy included). Runs as fast as you can from Iced Peach Tea, but the Lemonade one is very tolerable.

I just started taking THERMOSLEEP a few weeks ago… & it’s amazing !! It’s lifted my mood, while helping me sleep, & I wake up feeling good !!I’ve not yet noticed the weight loss, as it’s only been a few weeks.. though I feel lighter alreadyI will continue to use this product !!Thank you !!Ps: The Lemonade flavour tastes great & is refreshing :)

HyperBurn & ThermoSleep

HyperBurn: is the only product that works straight away for me when it comes to energy, focus, mood swings, the jitters and menopause. The flavours are amazing and so many to choose from.ThermoSleep: i have the best sleep ever. I feed my dog at 8am every morning..i use to toss and turn all the time when i tried going back to sleep but now going back to sleep isn’t a problem anymore. I work night shift and always struggled to get to sleep but not anymore, again the flavours are great. I take them both every day, the best duo ever!

It Burns whilst you sleep

Love this product in conjuction with Hyperburn in the morning. It burns the calories whilst you sleep. It's been an awesome add on to my day and night routine. Try it you to will love it. Burn baby burn with no work whilst you rest it does it all for you. In conjunction with excercise and a controlled diet for the best results it does work.

Love it! Such a nice flavour and works like a charm

I have tried both flavours and really didn't like the peppermint flavour (not a big peppermint anything fan) but really really like the peach tea flavour. Its like peach tea but without the sugar... Both flavours work like a charm and help to calm and relax. I use it in conjunction with hyperburn and sometime hyperload and with a reduction in calorie intake, moderate exercise and intermittent fasting, the kilos are coming off slowly but surely.

Onestly Good!

I have been using Onest protein and pre workout for a while now, which I love. I decided to try THERMOSLEEP in peach iced tea flavor and it is amazing. I had tried another brand of thermogenic sleep aid which was disgusting. I couldn't drink it and the whole thing went in the bin. Onest Thermosleep actually tastes like the name suggests and I sleep better through the night. I would 100% recommended this product and am already looking at what other supplements of theirs I can use to help achieve my fitness and wellbeing goals.

Really great product

I really love this product, has a great flavour, easy as to drinkIv noticed a dramatic difference in my sleeping on the nights I take Thermosleep. I'm sleeping deeper for longer and am waking up more refreshedIv tried similar products before and while they do work, the flavour is not the best so I kinda give up taking them after a few days as the results are not worth the horrible taste of the productLooking forward to purchasing more of Thermosleep in the future

Thermosleep Peppermint flavour

Hello, i was so excited to try it. I use thermoshed each morning and Love it. Unfortunately I hated this peppermint flavour. I tried it once and couldn't get through the glass. Is there any way i can exchange it for another flavour? i would really like to be able to have a glass every night - just not Peppermint!!!!

I was a bit sceptical about trying a thermo sleep product but thought I’d give it a go I follow a bodybuilding diet & train/cardio 5-6 days per week. Currently I am comp prepping for a natural association & being measured weekly. Since I have been using Thermosleep my body fat % seems to drop weekly. When prepping before I have often plateaued out at some stage but so far I’ve been getting good results. I will definitely keep Thermosleep in my program as I feel it is helping me with my fitness journey & the results I’m aiming for
