Like all Ooni pizza ovens, Ooni Koda 16 reaches up to 500°C (932°F) – the blazing heat needed for cooking stone-baked, perfect pizza in 60 seconds. This version of Ooni Koda 16 is Singapore-specific, meant to be used with gas regulators meeting SPRING Singapore specifications. Ovens purchased from elsewhere will likely not work properly due to incorrect gas pressure and cannot be retrofitted. Please note that the burner comes without a gas regulator and hose. Use only registered LPG regulators and rubber hoses affixed with the Safety Mark regulated by SPRING Singapore, these are available for purchase from any LPG gas supplier in Singapore to be ordered with your cylinder. These ovens are also not designed to work with the Citygas domestic piped gas supply.
