The combination of flip phone, buttons and touch screen works very well. A speaker phone availability would be helpful. It is difficult to delete read messages.

Absolutely terrible. First phone call made did not work. Cut out after 30 seconds of talking. Do not buy. Is not capable of being used to make phone calls...what?

A Nice Compact Phone

The touch screen makes handling much easier. A comprehensive manual also helps. Overall this is a well designed product suitable for seniors.

Charger is poor

Got this for elderly relative who rarely uses is. After 12 months of very little use, the battery is depleting fast and the charger is unreliable.

Excellence

Very pleased with the phone for aged people with flip opening and closing calls. Large key pad helps. Basic phone with the add ons that are necessary. No frills and well priced.

No fuss phone

I got this for my elderly parents as a no fuss easy to use phone. It still has Internet access, but Ive not told them that. The big buttons and instant answer flip phone is a plus

No so friendly

Purchased for an elderly parent. Flip to answer and hang up is great, loud ringing is great, build quality seems pretty good. My father who is using it is in his late 80s and has Parkinsons so here are some areas that need improvement. Camera is pretty bad, as expected. It has a big volume slider on the side and he always seems to turn the volume down to nothing. Being marketed as a senior phone I had to install an app to lock the volume, with no play store support or web browser this was a bit of mucking around. Holding the volume slider in turns the flashlight on (no way on disabling this shortcut). It still has the standard Android pull down quick settings which can't be disabled or edited / removed, he seems to regularly enable "do not disturb" and "Airplane" ... MorePurchased for an elderly parent. Quite good

Helped an elderly friend purchase and set up this phone. Once set up with contacts etc. it is a good phone for someone who only wants to make and receive calls.Flip open to answer calls and flip close to end is a great feature for non tech-savvy users, as is the cradle charging.Photos with contacts helps older users.The only problem found so far is that the volume and torch buttons are just where you naturally pick up the phone, so it's easy for an older person to change those settings without realising it.Overall a good phone for low-end users at a reasonable price.
