that says something. It had good pigmentation. I did two coats and then a clear topcoat. The rep coats of green were sufficient for that bright sour green apple 🍏 shade she
was looking for! It’s a fun color for Halloween or kids or something but I wouldn’t wear greeen at all personally lol just a personal preference thing but the product is good.... Show more

In general, the OPI brand is good. Their nail polishes are usually pretty standard. They are cheaper alternative to a lot of other name brand polishes. Which makes these an
affordable alternative. The white polish however, sucks. I think it’s just something do with the formula. A lot of brands suck at making good white nail polishes for some
reason. It dries almost too fast. But if you can get it on there quick enough and you apply a second coat, the finish is nice. They do chip pretty easily if you don’t set it but
that’s just my opinion!... Show more

I may be late to the OPI Mexico City Collection's Spring 2020 release, but at least I finally found that rad yellow creme! With my pale, pink-toned skin, finding a yellow that is saturated without leaning too dark, pastel, or neon — AND has a 3-coat (or less) formula — is a real challenge. I got my hands on this color after stumbling into an Amazon sale (the "Buy at least $20 worth of these selected items, get $5 off" kind? It was the first time I tried it out!) where a few of the OPI Mexico City colors were included. I had heard about this color for a while, and watched nail polish swatchers on YouTube include it in their side-by-side yellow polish comparisons every season, but I could never find it in-stock at a reasonable shipping rate until that sale. Score! As you can see from my photo, it's a slightly lighter yellow, but it works like a standard yellow on my fair skin when compared to darker shades. It pops in just the right way! Plus, its formula is 3 coats maximum for full opacity, which is hard to achieve with yellow polish at any price point. (Don't you hate it when a color of polish is sold as the brand's "standard primary color," only to find out it takes 4 or 5 streaky coats to achieve that color? So many polish brands do that with yellow and white, even at the salon level. No, thank you!) I've been in in a real yellow mood this summer, so I'm so happy to find a great color that works for me in 3 coats and doesn't chip easily after a few days!... Show more

This is one of my absolute favorite OPI shades. Perfect for any season: spring, summer, fall or winter (I wore this over the Christmas period). No shimmer in here, no glitter and plenty of staying power. I also don't require a top coat as it's very glossy on its own. 2 coats of this and I'm good to go. Love the large brush which makes for easy application, however the only thing to be aware of is that under certain artificial lighting (i.e my office workplace) it can morph into an orange-pink shade, which for me is far from a problem as A) I find it looks equally good like that, in its own unique way, and B) keeps my office co-workers guessing - when they catch me outside on my lunch break... "How did she have one shade on inside and then stepped out in another!?"... Show more

One of my fave brands for a cheap quick polish. It goes on well, and it does chip, but usually I get some weeks out of it. It goes on quick dry wise and I get compliments on the unique color/colors. I would recommend this if you’re looking for something that won’t break the bank that’s quick, I would go with this. They have so many styles and colors. They have really good seasonal colors also. Fall is here and winter is coming, so I’d give them a look if you’re skipping the nail salon!... Show more

Beautiful new shade from OPI, part of their 2017 Holiday Collection. It's a deep charcoal laced with just the right amount of gold flecks, a different twist on the holiday vibe for nails. The shade looks great on my nails and plays well with my fairish skin tone. A nice change from sparkly reds or greens of the season.
