The Base Top Duo Pack products by OPI is amazing! I followed the steps when applying this nail polish and was pleasantly surprised at how professional looking they turned out. The base coat went on nicely and really helped even the color coat out. I used two coats of the color coat before applying the top coat. The top coat provided a flawless finish. The polish dried very quickly. I actually put this color on as a last minute decision before a maternity photoshoot. Another thing I love about these products is how they withstand daily life. My nails seem to be harder since putting the product on and the color is smooth and shiny still. This is after gardening, dishes, cleaning, etc. I would highly recommend these products to anyone who is looking to do an at home ... MoreThe Base Top Duo Pack products by OPI is amazing! Infinite Shine peels right off the nail.
I've used OPI's traditional lacquer polish for many years and have been quite satisfied with it's performance. On the other hand, OPI's latest products, Nature Strong and Infinite shine are probably the worst polishes I've ever used. They peel right off the nail- no polish remover required! I had a manicure on Wednesday and by Friday i had a few chips and a nail that completely peeled in one sheet. Over the next 5 days, all my nails peeled. The manicure i received was at a very nice spa so i know it wasn't operator error. I've repainted my nails myself and they aren't holding up any better. it is clearly the polish. I love the colors but I will not continue using what I consider to be defective products; they do not perform as claimed. As much as I hate to part ... Long-lasting beautiful colour, many compliments!
I have the shade Bright on Top of It which is a gorgeous tangerine orange kind of shade which looks even more stunning on my nails and have had loads of comments about how they look. I used the O. P. I Infinite Shine base and top coat system that is made for the Infinite Shine nail colours. You only need to use 1 coat of base, 2 coats of Infinite Shine colour and 1 coat of top coat and the finished results are strong and extremely shiny nails! My colour remained chip free for a whole 8 days which for me is fantastic as I use my hands a lot and any other polishes only last a day, if that, so I am definitely converted to the O. P. I infinite Shine system. My lifestyle is very busy so don't often have time for length nail salon appointments and with the O. P. I system ... [Rewarded Review] Exceptional at Protecting Polish
OPI sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program.I found that this top coat worked far better than others I have used in preventing chipping! I tend to be quite rough with my hands so my nail polish usually chips within a day of application. With this top coat, I found that my polish lasted a week or more before there was any noticeable chipping. Furthermore, the top coat prevented cracked nail polish underneath from separating, so that any cracks that formed were difficult to notice.I also liked that accidentally touching the wet coat didn't ruin my polish, at most it would leave a slight dent I could smooth out. I had no issues with leaving fingerprints in the polish as it dried despite touching the undried coatHowever, I was unable to ... To remove my polish, I had to peel the polish and the top coat off of my nail bed, which I found difficult.Overall though, this coat had the greatest results of any top coat I have used, and I can put up with peeling off my polish for the beautiful gel finish.... [Rewarded Review] Gorgeous Shade of Blue!
I typically only use gel polish that is cured, but I gave the OPI Infinite Shine in Do You Sea What I Sea? a chance and I was pleasantly surprised! The color first of all is the most gorgeous gemstone blue with really fine glitter throughout the polish. It is very pigmented and only takes a couple thin coats for full coverage. I found that it dries fairly quickly when applying thin coats, but not so much if you apply too much product or don't let it fully dry in between coats. I have been wearing this polish for 5 days so far and have no chipping. I frequently do art projects, puzzles, and cooking so polish usually always chips after a day or so, but so far this OPI polish still looks fresh. Great polish overall, the only downside is that it seemed a little chunky ... [Rewarded Review] Impossible to Remove
OPI sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program.I adored this color, but I had a few issues with the polish itself. My biggest gripe with it is the inability to remove it with nail polish remover. I first noticed this when I attempted to clean up the edges of my nails after I crudely applied the polish, only to find that it wouldn't budge. Luckily, it washed off of my skin in under a day through regular hand washing, but it was very annoying. This issue was much more of a problem when I had to remove the polish entirely. After wearing the polish for a little while, I decided it was time for a change, and got out the acetone, but none of the polish came up. Instead, I had to create a chip so I could stick something between my nailbed and the ... After wearing the polish for a little while, I decided it was time for a change, and got out the acetone, but none of the polish came up. Instead, I had to create a chip so I could stick something between my nailbed and the polish to pry off the polish. I often spent more than five minutes just chipping polish off of one nail.I also had some issues with the polish cracking and forming thin gray lines throughout the polish, but this typically didn't crop up until after the polish had chipped slightly. Once the cracking began, it got far worse each day. This frustrated me because I'm fine with wearing slightly chipped nail polish, but the gray cracks quickly became far too obvious for me to continue wearing the polish. Overall though, this polish does hold up better than others I have tried, with chipping kept to a minimum, especially considering the complete lack of care I treated my nails with. The polish does have a nice gel finish and lasts longer than other polishes, but I can't get past its faults. If not for its immunity to nail polish remover, this polish would be spectacular, but that inconvenience damped the experience for me too much for me to call it anything better than "just all right."... [Rewarded Review] Perfect Light Pastel Pink
Thank you so much OPI for sending me this Infinite Shine nail polish in the color Faux-ever Yours for free through the BzzAgent sampling program. I love the look and quality of OPI nail polishes and this color did not disappoint. It is a beautiful bright, light, pastel pink color that looks amazing for the spring and summer months. The polish is very opaque and only required two coats for complete and even coverage. However, because I am not the most steady and the brush is on the larger side, I had a little bit of a hard time applying it without touching my skin. This was easy fix with acetone and a cotton swab. I believe this polish does have a gel-like look to it without having to use a UV lamp. As someone prone to chipping, I was pleased with how long the polish ... [Rewarded Review] The only color that will be on my nails this summer!
I received this product in exchange for an honest review and I love this nail polish in color Do You See What I See. The color is perfect, flawless, shimmery fun blue. It reminds me of the fresh waters of the Great Lakes glistening on a sunny day. It is not too dark or too bright of a color and is so pretty and shimmery. I will have this color on my fingers and toes all summer! My young daughters are pink girls but even they love this shade of blue and are excited to have it on their toes! It applies very easy and smooth and dries quick. Paired with the Infinite Shine top coat and base coat it is very long lasting and flawless looking. I applied all three products a week ago and have very minimal chipping after a very busy week. I am very impressed with these ... [Rewarded Review] The Perfect Baby Pink!
Almost all my nail polishes are from OPI. They're reliable, I love the wide assortment of colors, last longer than other brands I've used who always chip, and I like the size of the wand (can't stand thin wands like Essie). So when they kindly sent me this to review I was thrilled because I genuinely use their products ALL. THE. TIME. The shade Faux-ever Yours is the most beautiful baby pink and perfect for summer! It will be my new go-to because it's neutral enough to wear everyday but also enough pop of pink to add a little razzle dazzle. I was shocked that one coat was enough because usually lighter colors like that tend to be a bit streaky and need multiple coats but this color did not. I still always use two coats regardless though but good to know it's not ... MoreAlmost all my nail polishes are from OPI.
