Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin Opihr Gin is inspired by the mysterious, ancient spice route, made with botanicals from the traditional spice route that led back to the UK. This is as spiced as gin comes and deliciously so. Indonesian cubeb berries, Indian black pepper and Moroccan coriander seed are all used in harmony to create an earthy, spicy gin that delivers layers of flavour centred around a full and pine juniper. On the nose, smooth perfume and sharp bursts of citrus. Key notes of cumin and cardamom provide a warm earthy background balanced with the grapefruit peel. Tastes of soft camphor, some sweetness and oriental spices create a warm mouth feel that lingers but does not increase in intensity. Long length with soft cracked black pepper and spice.
