The Matte back is lovely feeling, the phone is fast and smooth. Plenty of RAM and Storage. The 865 CPU doesn't have the heating issues the 888 does. The camera is excellent and takes some great snaps. Charging is superb half hour back up and running with 100%. Definitely a great alternative to your Apple or Samsung. Buy it you won't be disappointed.

I wasn't expecting to win the bid The phone surprises me everyday. Takes good general photographs, works well and has reasonable battery power, though it won't last a day if you're on twitter and take photos and use YouTube. It charges from 0% to full in about 30 mins in my experience unless you let the battery drain completely. Screenshots are easy on oppo phones, just scroll from the top and there's a special icon. I've never had an Apple phone so I can't compare with them and when I had a Samsung phone there was too many apps that I never used.

Good Points: Premium tier Snapdragon 865 5G platform at a mid tier price. For me.. Perfect size and weight. (Motorola G100 was too heavy for me). Great Bluetooth audio features including aptX HD and aptX Adaptive.Improvement Points: Screen brightness in the sun, not the best. Charging is super quick with dedicated wall charger but in effective plugged in to USB charge socket in a car.

Good Points: You are basically getting all the specs of the Oppo X5 or X3 Pro for the Reno 7 price absolute steal! Stereo speakers, Super Duper fast charging I jump in the shower at 30% after 15 mins im in the 90% range. Cameras are amazing quality.Improvement Points: The cameras on the back should be flush in the device like the Reno 2 or give a camera lens protection like the Nokia N95... There is no headphone jack!
Good Points: Nice to hold light weight and good camera and speaker nice and loudImprovement Points: And a call when. Placing it to the ear the mute button turns on when it hits. My cheek very anyoing. And then texting other icons come up like to have just hate keyboard and not emoi icon or if I can move my keyboard for its more easier to use with out stretching my fingers . Need more assesories for it as well.
I felt I just had to do a review on this phone although I read everything I could about it and watched the presentation over and over As I've always had iPhones and as they are now out of my price range and I've had sim only for years this phone matches up perfectly. The size is great and although Android I've found my way around it quickly it has loads of features the cameras are superb quality and the battery life is so good. I got this phone on a black Friday deal at Currys @ half the price QVC are selling it but I'd still highly recommend this phone.
This is a top of the range phone, it does everything that Samsung and apple does at a fraction of the cost. Oppo were the official timekeepers at the Olympics and it automatically updates the software too. I love it. Terrific value for money.
