As a slightly lesser known phone company there is always a slight concern when switiching from a better known one. There was no need to worry, the OPPO Reno8 is an extremely capable and very good looking phone. It is fast and the camera is great. Non phone snobs look no further, this is the phone for you. I recently received the Reno8 5G phone to replace my older Android phone and it is amazing.Firstly, the design of the phone is eye catching, a nice mix of Android and Apple styles. The iridescent/pearlescent finish is very stylish.It has a nice weight, not too heavy and not too light as to feel flimsy. Shape of the phone allows for a comfortable grip and hold.The camera is insanely good value for money. I have taken some impressive pictures with little to no expertise as a photographer. Plenty of opportunity to customise your sound settings to get the sound you prefer.All in all, this is a fantastic budget "flagship" phone that I would recommend to anyone

My review of the Oppo Reno 8 5g phone.Absolutely stunning to look at. Mine is in 'Gold shimmer'. The colour changes as the light hits it creating a rainbow effect. It's light and comfortable to hold. It's nicely rounded and sits well in my palm. Perfect for using one handed.The 6.4 inch display is beautiful to look at and the thin bevel makes it an even better experience. The phone is made with gorilla glass for protection.The power and volume keys are placed on the side of the phone and easy to manoeuvre to and use.The phone has an excellent battery life and comes with an 80w charger. This is double the power of my current one. It charged to 100% in just over 30mins!. Amazing.The headphone jack is sadly clumpy and annoying. I imagine this will be sufficient for my needs.My husband played a game on it and called it an excellent experience. High praise from him.Sadly it comes with bundles of preinstalled bloatware. I'm guessing they could be uninstalled but I don't know to what detriment.That and the headphone jack are the only reasons I've marked it down a starIt's a stunning phone, fast and easy to use. Not heard of this brand before but don't let that deter you.The packaging was really nice, high quality materials and you actually get a wall plug which is a super fast charger! When holding the phone I really liked the smooth metallic feel to it. The pearlescent design looks great and unique.Set up was standard as with many phones these days. The camera was the most surprising and even in dim light the photos come out great. Plays all mobile games flawlessly and graphics looks really good. Streaming tv shows also works great.
I am so happy for this phone. I've been using it for 4 days and there is no problems. I really like the camera and the speakers. Best phone I had so far. So if you have all these features this is the phone for you. Thank you Oppo!
For background; I've moved from Nord One Plus and before that an Huawei p20 pro. I adored my p20 but with the issues with Huawei was hesitant to upgrade so moved to the One Plus which I hated. The Oppo very much reminds me of Huawei.The oppo is sleek and well designed. It fits in the hand beautifully. The screen size is perfect, not to big but not too small and crystal clear.The cameras are great but especially the back camera. There are many different filters including a 'beautifying' mode on both back and front cameras which you can toggle off if needs be. There seems to be on point colour reproduction so far which the Nord wasn't great with when it tried to compensate for light. On the One Plus I found apps such as any Adobe based app would not open or work properly which originally, i thought was a software bug but on the Oppo they worked perfectly first time with zero bugs in operation.There are some bloatware apps, which at this point is to be expected, but no more than usual and it doesn't affect the phones speed or general usage.I haven't noticed any lag whatsoever while gaming either.Battery life is brilliant, I get a full day of constant usage (and I mean *constant*). It comes with a fast charger which charged the phone fully in just over half an hour.The phone itself is highly customizable and it's easy to mess around with different features to get it too your liking.All in all, I would highly recommend. I am genuinely in love with it, it helps that it's very pretty haha
Camera quality is good.good in performance too. But built quality is not good. My hand set fallen from my pant pocket height, and the display was damaged from inside. Not recommended for built quality.
It's not worth the price, paid 29,999 INR(mobile store) (should have been in the 25k price range only)....the screen is dragged on the right side (wallpaper/themes downloaded from oppo store) when I restart the device it works ok but again starts to show up after sometime...Sim1 (Jio Sim) seems to work better when only Sim2( Airtel Sim) is switched off..wondering if it's because of dual 5g in the phone. Camera is ok, audio seems to be just fine (should have included DOLBY SOUND in this price range). Overall I will give 5/10 and not happy with my first Oppo experience. My Samsung A33 5g/ MI note 12 is way better in terms of price and feature.
This phone is brilliant! The layout is nice and easy to use, wasn't hard to find anything at all. The phone itself is very sturdy, the iridescent back is beautiful! It charges extremely quickly and holds battery very well. The camera is one of my favourite features, so clear and professional! I would highly recommend
